Easy to manage the ticketing with automation. The feature to make hassale less management escalation and improve user experience with fast track of issue resolution.
It required a good plan for implementation however the sapphire team is always there to help out. The tool accebility on mobile devices need to be improved as it on desktop.
Sapphire sloved the users IT,admin and HR related issue and make process easy to user to raise concern to appropriate department. IT team to track the issue and resolve in time.
Sapphire helps us during the pandemic because it has easy access online, where most employees are set up from home. We can easily communicate with the other parties if there are some revisions needed to attend
Sometimes, the tickets are already on SLA where it was just assigned a few minutes. And sometimes the Sapphire is down and we can't proceed to our billings.
It helped us with IT concerns requests and accounting requests. And we can easily follow up since we have a ticket number as a reference in our request. For accounting purposes, we can quickly return the tickets with lacking requirements. You can also attach pdfs, RFPs and other docs needed. You can also send an email thru the use of sapphireIMS
The best thing about it is that I like SapphireIMS provides real-time visibility into IT infrastructure, which allows for quick problem identification and resolution.
I dislike that SapphireIMS is in my own opinion, is complex, and may not be able to monitor all aspects of an organization's IT infrastructure but onced done by a great team, it will be okay.
i think that SapphireIMS solves problems by providing real-time visibility into IT structure. This allows organizations to quickly identify and resolve problems, which improves uptime and performance.
We can manage to do IMS like Asset Inventory, Helpdesk Management, Infrastructure monitoring, Remote Management in one tool. We can rebuild this tool as per our environment requirement.
Sapphire client agent occupies more memory and makes performance slow.

SapphireIMS allows for ticket assignment and ensures adherence. The support team is always there to assist during implementation, whichs a plus. The scripting aspect is quite user friendly.
SapphireIMS falls short is its lack of a user interface, which makes navigation and document processing somewhat difficult.

We have been using this for 4 years now and have developed several workflows such as Marketing, Legal, HR, IT SMS etc. You don't need to be a programmer to configure this system. Our business processes have improved and streamlined especially the business process of our Operations. This system is a must to all companies whether small or large enterprise. It's an ITIL-compliant and improved our service to our customers. This is a system that has it all, that's why we acquired unlimited users access including the IT Asset Management. Overall SapphireIMS has all necessary facilities and features of a complete software package. Can handle all complex business rules but you have to use some simple SQL to provide what is required. Generally we are using the reports as individual performance in line with KRAs.
unfortunately, developing business process is a bit tedious because it's not a drag and drop, the IDE is a bit cumbersome. it's not a low-code but scripting is not hard to understand. sometimes we are being hampered by slow server performance despite of acquiring the best server. generation of report is one major issue, that is in terms of finding out who and when a certain ticket was delayed. unfortunately, the mobile app is not that user-friendly, major enhancement is required.
like i said, though we attempted to replace it, but we failed because it has all the functionalities and served its purpose.
we have encountered several server slowdown and it took months to finally resolved. we also encountered several constraints in some business rules but was able to find a workaround. we even attempted to replace SapphireIMS with BPM software, but after several months of thorough reviews, we soon realized that this app cannot be replaced because of it's functionalities. the attempt to replace is due to the server performance but in a few months, the vendor were able to resolved all major issues and setbacks.
