I like how easy it is because it is a mobile application, it is very easy for our clients to use just on their phone and to replace their old paperwork procedure. And more efficient for the work itself.
I think the system needs to be in an internet environment which is a tiny inconvenience for the engineer in the construction field. However, they can upload all the information later on when the internet is back, but sometimes it causes errors and the whole procedure pause, and they need to ask for help from consultants like us.
And since we design the system workflow for the clients but some parts are not very flexible for what the clients hope the system to present, such as the layout or the color of the user interface...etc.
Very good for industries that need to do the works in person or be in the work field, very reactive and efficient, the user interface is very intuitive. And the communication between multiple users are very immediate.
We are using FSM to replace their paperwork procedure on the construction field. Those engineers used to take lots of pictures and fill out lots of paper for the construction check, then bring them back to the office. After that, you would have to organize and sort that paperwork. A lot of time-consuming and cost of labor to just organize those paper files. Using FSM helps them a lot of time and make the procedure more straightforward, and the engineers can just focus on their profession!

SAP is a great and very powerful tool. Field service management is very tedious task but become very easy to handle field managers, their skills and their tasks and current status etc. SAP has provided a very simple UI to manage the field services
I mostly found it helpful almost always. So currently I do not have anything to dislike about the SAP FSM feature
With the help SAP FSM feature our business was able to manage all field services like management of persons in field, the assets they have, their nearest warehouse to pickup the consumables etc information was very nicely handled by SAP FSM.
