Processes of customisation and integration can be time-consuming and difficult. Despite these difficulties, the overall benefits of SAP EAM outweigh the disadvantages.

SAP EAM makes enterprise management simple and streamlined. It can identify and target your operation's strengths and weaknesses unlike any other program we have used.

The setup and user management interface takes some getting used to, but once you get used to it, this is a seamless product.

I would highly recommend SAP EAM to those considering the product. It has allowed for CVG to drastically expand its operations management team without forcing them to directly manage small things that would interrupt other processes.

Compatibility issue with our present system was there and hence we had to upgrade our hardware as the SAP solutions are highly configured softwares. Got our access through Deloitte, but support was not as expected.

I am solving problems with employees being overworked. No longer is my info repeated or redundant.

The software never crashed so far. The workflows are smooth and customizable.

This software integrates cross functionally with HR system and Finance. It might be difficult to get used to at the start, but it worth the investment.

Now it is hard to miss an order or document. You can easily refer to previous documents and quotes in the system.

One of the most critical features of SAP EAM is its tight integration with other modules of the SAP ERP suite.

It is very cumbersome to use, and the User Interface and experience are not modern.

I think that SAP made it easy to pull data since it has the capability to do it in bulk amounts which makes it really convenient for us to pull out the information we need.

The software takes forever to load. Like honestly, it took nearly 3 hours to pull one year's worth of transactions - if, hypothetically, I need to pull out 3 years of data, it would take me 9 hours, which is over the standard workday. So honestly, it can slow me down.

Using SAP, we're able to analyze and have access to the transactions that we need in order to determine the expenses of different businesses within the firm. It is a very useful tool, especially for financial services organizations.
