The client software cannot be installed on MAC OS; the client software only works with Windows 7,8,8.1,10,11 and windows server. And The SAP Partners (you need to sign a contract with an SAP Partner to get support from SAP. You cannot directly contact SAP for technical support. And you need to have a third-party add-on or a software for HR and Payroll

Our biggest problem was warehouse management, but SAP Business one and its support for Third party add-ons and the ability to customize functionality has helped us manage our customers and deliveries, track orders and shipments

I like the simplicity of its function for example when you are doing an item-related order on the system you can copy the data from excel and paste the same into the system and it captures within seconds, You do not have to key in the same one by one.

I like how it is easy to generate reports from the system.

I dislike how they are so many modules, I would prefer if the same can be simplified to narrow the same into a few modules, for example, the inventory module can be merged with purchasing module to reduce the number of times you have to switch.

It has helped in having accurate reports at a click of a second since I can generate a report from the stocks at hand, and get to know mine reorder levels. The business has improved as we are not overstocking or understocking we are getting accurate data from the sap business one system

Well configurable and usable, nicely manages inventory, production and sales packages

In the early versions, the printing was horrible. Later, when the printing module was replaced with Crystal Reports, this problem was gone.

The SAP BO was used for accounting and inventory management. Also, the production and sales packages functions were used.

Very much user friendly. And easy to configure as per requirement.

QC and EXIM functionality are not available.

Any Business vertical can use this ERP.

SAP Business one offers better collaboration in all business processes. It improves data security and cost efficiency. It is customuzable according to business needs.

Selected modules not available and to be implemented as a whole ERP solution. May be prove complex to small business having simple operations. Payroll is not available in SAP business one.

I advise all small enterprenures to implement SAP business one as a complete ERP package and take great benefits out of it.

It has streamines all the business operation through integration. Incresed transperancy and reliablity of data. I like its automatic alert feture and using it in customer services.
