Overall user interface is great.

Ease of doing things in ByD is tremendous.

We get all things in one place from sending quote to placing order.

It also provide tracking of order like order is released or in what stage which give clear information to user and make their life simple.

Multiple feature and filter is also their to sort the whole data.

Overall implementation of software is also easy and business process wont get hampered while implementation.

Multiple function are there, if doesnot learn the steps first it may cause confusion.

Because of Tracking and easy of data availability.

We are able to get all the detail of customer which may be past purchase , pending invoices, Last quotation shared.

Also in ByD we are able to track availability of stock so it help in fullfulling our commitment to customer about delivery date and time of material.

This software assists the company in project planning and maintains a record of all transactions involving goods, money, data, etc. For new users, it is more convenient due to its user-friendly interface.

Undoubtedly it is a great software to use for business purposes but sometimes there are some technical issues you can face while working on it other than this everything is good with it.

This ERP software helps us in our businesses in managing finances and human resources like paying bills, hiring new employees, etc. Companies can use the software to manage their interactions with their customers, including keeping track of user information and responding to their queries.

In my experience, the best of the SAP Business ByDesing is the time of deploying is very short comparing with the ERP.

If the client requests any development, the process is very complex for each new update; it is necessary to perform a regression test.

Statutory reporting is the localization available.

Mainly recurring supplier invoice functionality is ease for operations. Additionally the tax management workcenter enables you to maintain all types of tax payments in system.

Raw data provided for tax returns especially for indian taxation and there is no report to extract the organization structure in the system. Additionally, the analytics reports are quite not good.

It is a good software for small and medium enterprises.

Integration of concur with SAP is really helpful and it really helps to track the expenses as well as reimbursements accurately. On top of that, the payment allocation report is missing.

Complete integration of FI and MM module

There were some additional steps in the MM Module for movement of stock. Not all businesses use each step I.e. confirm quickly

We experienced a lot of teething problems while migration of data

It is a systematic in creating reports and data depending on what you need. It is perfect for project managers and for talent managers managing projects and people.

Too many things to be done by following the instructions. Sometimes i feel it isnt handy but it's okay it you are patient :)

The user-friendly interface is what I like the most about this system. Also, it is interlinked in such a manner that it covers almost every module together. For business requirements, You can add custom developments fields. SAP provides one functionality with an option to raise an incident where you can set the priority also.

Sometimes you have to spend some extra time entering the data manually; if by any chance you forgot to save the information that time, it is more frustrating because you need to do the same thing again and again. Also, most of the time, the system's performance is slow, and if you don't have a good internet connection, it doesn't work.

If you are currently working on any ERP system in which you are facing some issues related to the system and if you want to switch to another ERP system, then definitely I would like to recommend you this system. It is not just because the SAP ByD system is very user-friendly, but it also provides end-to-end solutions covering almost every part of modules.

As I have been working on SCM, I like that you can create sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices against those orders in just minimal time. Sap byd systems upgrade seamlessly; you don't have to waste your time. It is easy to communicate with external systems.
