As same as other SAP products, Ariba provides so many solutions that also can integrate with other softwares, regardless the diversity of divisions.

Customer support works fine as same as the other SAP products and there are lots of forums on the web that have discussions on how to get the most of the product.

The first customisation and implementation could be a headache and could take serious time. Not so easy to use for the first time juniors, needs time to get to know the products features.
