There are many things.

Such as how good the patching it, reports and details of our systems.

It doesnt have remote tools such as remote control or remote cmd prompt.

Helping keep up to date with patches and helps with system reports.

Saner Now is an excellent product that is easy to deploy. We bought it to help us mitigate our vulnerabilities for systems on our network. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and well worth the investment of time and money. I love the compliance baselining that the product does. It has helped simplify our efforts, allowing us to make considerable strides towards a more secure network. But most of all, the customer support has been excellent. I highly recommend the Saner Now product suite.

The only thing I wish the product had was a simplier way to reboot systems. A simple button next to the systems under the inventory screen would be very useful.

The two main functions we are using Saner Now for is vulnerability scanning and mitigation and compliance baselining. It's doing both of these things very well and has reduced our overall vulnerability footprint.

It's very user frendly and esy to deploye any patch in your organization.

We used this tool from last 2 year and we can't find any negative in this tools.

Aggent version upgrading 6.0.2.1 and now we able to exclude unwanted patch secussfuly.

SanerNow is one of the best service providers who help our business from cyber attacks, and the best security to our database, and help to make the data management process easy.

I do not think any dislike about sanernow because they help each and every stage and provide very valuable service which all business needs.

SanerNow is trying to help start-to-end protection from cyber-attacks and update us by using analysis. They Provide flexible service to all valuable users.

Sanernow provides great visibility of vulnerabilities across our environment and importantly automatically patches these vulnerabilities in an unobtrusive way. We have found it provides a comprehensive range of patches. The GUI is easy to navigate and provides easy insight into our patching status.

There is not much to dislike about Sanernow the product. I would like to see the capability that if a scheduled task was missed that the end points that were not online at the time the task was run were able to still receive the task once they do come online.

Sanernow is excellent at providing a comprehensive view of your vulnerabilities across your PC fleet that you can drill down into if you want further detail.

I like its easy-to-use interface, I also like that I can access it from anywhere in the world, vulnerability detection is fast, it has implementation in the cloud, which we really like, it is a safe software to use, it is intuitive and with good automation processes to detect vulnerabilities, it is very scalable and very necessary for our daily use.

It slowed down our system once, but it's an issue that support helped us resolve very quickly and we haven't had any issues since.

With SanerNow we improved the detection of vulnerabilities, it has been a software with a great impact because it is not difficult to use, the implementation was simple and fast, the configuration was also easy, we improved our endpoint management with SanerNow and the detection of vulnerabilities very quickly, it is a good ROI software.

We have a lot of tools that want to manage and secure our environment. SanerNow do it with a very simple and incredible way.

It can show the patches to install to remmidate security risk from a single console

User-friendly and because of the cloud console we can log in from anywhere in the world and check how our organization is with the vulnerabilities. From one single agent, we can manage 6 different modules for a low price.

As soon as the agent installed it shows us all the vulnerabilities our systems has withing 10 minutes and it very very easy to use of any level of person.

As it is a cloud base application we cannot limit the network bandwidth when downloading the patches.

We cannot create repositories to like branches so that we can download the patches into one machine and push from there.from sanernow we need WSUS to do that task.

we can patch only security updates and also we can see the update size and can select and patch the systems as we want.

every day it scans our system and looks for vulnerabilities and we do not need to be concerned about the audit and the time duration it takes for an audit to complete. We can get accurate visibility daily.
