The possibilty to work with smart-groups have made our days of administration to almost go away :)

Setting up smart-groups by using attribut gives a powerful tool when i comes to launching courses. The system will assign participants by itself depending on what attributes connected towards our AD is used to create the smart-group.

Example: every manager is obligatory to participate in our course "Diversity and Inclusion". So by setting up a smart-group that is populated by every employee that has manager= yes and using it against the course. Sana will keep track on every newly employeed manager or employe that changes role to a manager and automaticly enroll them.

Since we are over 5000 employee avery way of simplicity to set up courses is a positive benefit. And this is just one of the benefits with Sana Lab.

At them moment there is nothing to dislike, when we find anything that we think is off, they fix it immediately.

As our LMS it solves our problem when it comes to education and information to our Company. By being a fresh experinece and so easy to use and setup, learning and development is getting a positive ride within the company.

The best part about Sana Labs would be that it's intuitive and easy to use. The second best is definitly all the help you get from the AI-assistant. The AI helps you create content, come up with questions and search within your organisations documents etc.

The thing i miss in Sana is to have more freedom in how you create courses. I would like to be able to move things around more freely and not to be as limited in the creating process as I am now.

It's solving the knowledge gap in our organisation by being able to search Microsoft and all the courses we have in Sana. This saves alot of time for our company.

Today we use Sana to create e-learnings. It´s easy, tasteful, fun and versatile. Love the simple ways to collaborate with our content owners. The SCORM-connector saves us a lot of time since we publish our content in another LMS. The placement-tests have had a very positive impact on our organization. Now you only have to review content you don´t know yet. And of course Sana themselves - a very inspiring company to work with and to learn from.

Nothing really. I wish there was a possibility to have question banks from where you could create tests where you randomly selects questions for your learners.

Absoultely amazing product. Very easy and intuitive to work with as a user, and the final LMS products are stunning. Great feature funcitionality and tools for easily creating state of the art, interactive and socially engaging learning paths.

In my oppinion they still need to perfect there navigation as an administrator of both creating and managing learning paths in collaboration with others.

We are building asynchronous learning paths as a part of educating the next generation of online coaches globally. Sana gives us the LMS to do that in a scalable and ifficient way.

For me as a administrator, working with learnings for people with diffrent knowledge and needs. Sana helps me to fast create courses but still let me be creative when needed so that I can adjust the content for all diffrent needs. In Sana I always has a great overview and track all activities for my learners.

One of the best things about Sana is all the inspiration with interactive features, that still looks beautiful. I can hold a session and follow all step by the participants and see how they are interacting and learning.

But the very best thing is the teamwork with the Sana Crew, Rita is our hero! We can always reach out for not only help but also for tips how to make it better. Just feels like a great teamwork everyday!

Sometimes the amazing AI is to smart for me, hehe. It takes a bit to understand the logic, but the Sana Crew with their amazing knowledge will help you understand it!

We had a big problem to create interactive courses and track the results for the learners.

Sana helps me to easy track the activities and results and also create great learning sessions.

The set up, implementation and aftercare is great. The Sana team has consistently been responsive to my queries.The interface and tools is relatively easy to use. Very agile and moves fast.

Limitation in some of what I want to see in the reports, although a workaround is present.

Standardize the learning content across all the offices across the globe. Completion and progress tracking.

What I love the most about Sana is that it makes what use to be impossible possible. Finally we are able to make the collective knowledge of our organisation accessible and dynamic for everyone and everywhere.

There is nothing I disslike. What I do however look forward to is to see how Sana continue to improve its functionality throug partnership with clients.

Sana help us leverage our collective knowledge in the organisation and upskill in business critical skills based on internal and external best practice.

The most helpful feature must be the way the authoring tool is design. Very easy to use, multiple options and existing templates. The AI features are top of the, creating a course, full from AI or with your existing content is a lot easier than starting from nothing, they also have a feature that allows you to import from your existing documents but you choose what you want to bring in. What I do like the most is that not a massive amount of training is required for people to undersatand it, so everyone can create pretty much independently.

Next best feature must be programes, and all the automations around it. Again all very easy to use, and set up, which is truly what you need as admin. I love to see how users keep receiving courses without manual action.

More on this, team spaces make organization of content easier, next make team memebers collaborate by locating the content in one place.

The live feature is also great, a couple of improvements can be made but this brings me to the next point: improvements, full of implementations that make the platform better and better.

Lastyl, the support I receive from Anastasiia and Karl is brilliant, always ready to anwser questions and receive feedback.

I am confident Sana is the right partnert if you are looking for a platform that allows you to truly harness the power of creation, sharing & automations.

Sometimes permissions are a bit confusing, it takes a bit to understand the roles.

We are a complex company with multiple locations, having a similar jorney for all roles is complex. With Sana, we can have the same baseline but we can also personalize with a few clicks and modify as we need to.

I believe that, once we have all journeys in, it will be truly the only source of truth for the company.

Sana now become my go-to platform for any information sharing, and content building not only because of its end-to-end knowladge base but also because it allows me to build an interactive knowledge hub of company. I am particularly keen on emphasizing the significance of interactivity and user engagement within the realm of gamification. The platform seamlessly facilitates the presentation of data statistics reports, streamlining the onboarding process for new employees through invisible integrations, and eliminating the need for manual intervention.

Moreover, the diverse array of options for presenting and structuring information caught my attention. Creating exclusive and secluded spaces tailored to specific audience focuses is effortlessly achievable. Additionally, the platform's collaborative features make sharing and developing materials a seamless and efficient process.

If I may draw upon my experience with various platforms, it's noteworthy to highlight that Sana stands out as a leader in customer service. The adept handling of problem-solving through prompt responses and comprehensive answers within the chatbot box sets Sana apart in ensuring effective and efficient support.

Overall implementation was very fast for us, we launched in 1 month period. - There were not too many steps to take for implementing, connecting the integration features, and finally launching a platform for our employees.

Good thing - they have published their upcoming feature roadmap.

To the best of my knowledge, Sana occasionally hosts breakfast events where participants collaboratively craft courses, share tips to enhance account success, and foster communication among users of the Sana platform. Regrettably, such events have not been organized in my city by Sana as of now. It is not possible to trigger one course by repeating it every quarter/year or any period you choose. It is not possible to define a repeatability criterion.

Main benefits for our company: Company engagement on the global level, corporate training and development, and knowledge sharing among groups, squads, departments, regions, and overall company.

It's intuitive, everybody can build trainings, responsiveness to product development and alterations

Building the platform as we go, search navigation can be a hassle (filtering and choosing will require a new search)

Onboarding (both employee and manager), ongoing corporate training (especially for remote locations), translation and co-creation.

We are able to build compelling trainings and reach farther as well as saving time.
