The "Sana University" learning program is a little too elaborate, better to gain experience directly in the test area.
A complete and professional tool for business with a high level of integration with ERP
I can autonomously upload the items of the shop, change the descriptions, add promotional images, create new pages and new sections without knowing a programming language. Thanks to this, my ecommerce is always up to date and customers always find the right product.

A seamless eCommerce site that operates around-the-clock and with tremendous flexibility is beneficial. It automates nearly everything and decreases manual labour.
The product is extremely robust and tightly integrated with our ERP, SAP Business One. The training materials are extremely well thought out and easy to follow. The SANA team is timely, professional, and fun to work with. While doing custom development, the SANA team was great at communicating unintended consequences. They also came in under budget, so their development estimates were spot on. Pricing is extremely reasonable for what you're getting.
I wish there were an easier way to manage pictures/images. The file explorer is easy to use (preview options, download, delete, etc.), but since we have over 1k items on our SANA webstore, it's can be extremely difficult to search/find a random image. I believe they have plans to improve this area of the product.
Before SANA, our customers had no visibility into our vast inventory. We had printed manuals and catalogs, but no e-commerce store to let our brick and mortar customers window-shop. We're also now able to quickly expand our business out of state without hiring multiple to maintain inventory/pricing/order processing/etc. Since SANA integrates in real-time with our ERP (SAP Business One), there is virtually no admin work.
What I like best about Sana is the ease of using the backend and having full control of the content of the website without relying on a developer. This has reduced costs but also gives us the flexibility to change and update our content to make our customers shopping experience better.
What I dislike about Sana is you can't see orders come through on the Sana backend, we would have to see it through Business Central. It would benefit to see this to see the original order before it was changed in Business Central if the customer decides to change their order.
Many! Stock updates are almost live time which causes less issues with customers ordering out of stock products, which decreases admin time. B2B ordering is simpler for our customers so they can repeat orders or pay off their invoices without having to phone in.

There is nothing that i don't like about sana commerce cloud.

Sana ecommerce offers a great solution for Labelmaster. Once implemented it just works. Makes it easy for our customers to find and order our products. Sana is always responsive to requests we make. Sana Commerce Cloud is great for our business.
There have been some small product limitations in regards to SEO and image optimization, but with each product update and small custom requests these things are being addressed. It would be great to add a pre-order option.
