Nothing, For me Digital Samba is one of the best software for digital conferencing which deliver crystal free audio. With easy to access via mobile application that makes it usable for each of my employee's. We can add upto 100 participants without any lagging. it's currently supporting German language also.

With cloud recording features we can share the training program with other employees and virtual backgrounds which adds a personal touch and maintain privacy that's why i totally recommend it to my colleagues for future.

As an agency owner and consultant, I do a ton of video meetings. Samba's UX and video quality are second to none.

I haven't had any issues so far. So, nothing really.

Better user experience and video quality

I like how easy to use the Samba Live platform is. The UI is simple and intuitive. Anyone could learn how to use it in minutes. I also love how easy it is to set up and join meetings. If I have a meeting with a potential client, I can organise it and send out invites in minutes.

You get access to all the features you would ever need within a video meeting. The features I use the most are screen-sharing, file-sharing, video recording, and the shared whiteboard. Being browser-based means clients don't have to download any new software to join my meetings.

Samba Live allows me to maintain a professional image in my online meetings easily. The pricing policy is fair. You pay just a little bit more than the cheaper platforms, but in my opinion, you get a much better product.

I always recommend Samba Live to friends and colleagues. Many clients are so impressed by the platform that they ask me for a download link!

There are no major cons to this platform. I have emailed them in the past about minor issues, and they always responded quickly and answered my questions. I have been really impressed by the quality of support offered.

They regularly add new features to the platform. They recently made some new additions which included adding emojis. They also improved the design of the mobile app.

I use it to talk to our suppliers online. Samba Live has a lot of features that come with it, like a live whiteboard. I use that a lot to draw things out with suppliers when discussing products. Being able to do that in one software package is very handy.

I use this system to talk to my banking customers about their IT needs and solutions. It's very important that we look professional to these clients, and having our own branded software accomplishes that.

Needs more documentation. If we ever run into a problem, it usually goes to the ticketing process
