PROS: Salsa CRM made it easy for users to handle your contributors, sponsors, volunteer groups, as well as your employees!

PROS: We used excel sheets and Salsa placed almost all our sponsors in one position and made it easy for us to connect with them via Engage. We already have a background of our contributors and can quickly determine their engagement within our company. The great feature had been on-line activity scheduling, preventing workers from making reservations and responding to questions. For instance –, when a funder wants to raise their amount donated, you should postpone their old charitable contribution, and they'll have to get in there and make the latest voluntary contribution. Most of their teaching materials open up so much to be done, however, the capability of their customer service staff is more than just that.
