I am very pleased and happy with Salonized. Everything works well and they are working on improvements contstantly , very easy to use and all the time if i have questions i get the answers directly like you have a special assistant , it’s definitely highly recommended.

Amazing tool and exceptionally excellent customer support

As a dog salon owner, we use Salonized for our accounting, customer and invoice management and much more.

We are very happy with the features provided, as they make a lot of things easier for us.

Especially the highly engaged customer support is worth mentioning, they always respond very quickly and even take suggestions for improvements to the Salonized tool seriously.

We also like the fact that new features are constantly being developed and the updates are even free of charge.

So there is nothing to complain about and we will gladly recommend Salonized to everyone!

Een aanrader voor als je nog twijfelt

Heel fijn programma om mee te werken! Ik zat er een jaar tegenaan te hikken of ik het wel zou doen. Inmiddels werk ik er een paar jaar mee en had het gewoon al eerder moeten doen. Er is zoveel mogelijk binnen Salonized. Het online boeken met daarbij de bevestigingen en reminders, voorraadbeheer, kassa, formulieren etc.etc. Ze zijn zeer goed bereikbaar voor vragen en/of opmerkingen. Gaan met de tijd mee. Én ik kan overal mijn programma inkijken omdat het ook op mijn telefoon staat. Zonder overdrijven, kan ik het echt iedereeen aanraden!!

Geweldig

Ik vind het een super fijn systeem en mijn klanten ook. Tuurlijk zijn er altijd wat puntjes die verbeterd kunnen worden, maar dat hou je toch! De service is ook uitstekend. Ze reageren vrijwel direct. Ik raad het zeker aan.
