The software is so intuitive and easy to use! It has countless features that serve the specific needs of running a business and operating a salon spa. The customer support is wonderful, and they are always upgrading with new features.
The reporting functions could be better - they are clunky to navigate and often cannot parcel out the specific data I'm looking for,
The software helps manage the business side of things with inventory and POS, while also acting as our CRM and marketing platform,
It's user friendly and can do a lot of things. If ever a glitch the company fixes right away and fast!

The system was very easy to learn, unlike the system I had to learn previously. It features many things like auto-rebooks, and drag and drop scheduling. I liked the option to change the order that your stylists showed up in your scheduling book. We used this to make sure that our top performing stylists got appointments first. There was also the option to manage products and inventory on the shelves as well as inventory for the stylists.
I wasn't so much a fan of the check-in system. When it was busy it did get sort of difficult to check people in on time so it didn't look like people were no-showing. I was also not a fan of the way we would print out appointments for the stylists. I don't know if this was not a feature or just our business but having the credit card machine connected to the system would have made checking out far easier.
If you ever have an issues or questions customer support was very helpful the majority of the time, I don't recall having too many issues using this system.
The drag and drop system was a million times easier than the previous "Mical" we used, which looked like it was straight out of the 80's. I also liked that my managers could log into the system from remote locations to change something for me, or show me something. The interface was rather easy to use and as I said drag and drop was easier than some other systems I have used as well.

The email marketing system is pretty basic but does function well and achieves the main objective - marketing promotions.
The capability to send email client referral requests to friends and family of existing clients and the referral rewards feature is a good marketing tool.
Tech support is very responsive and usually within a short period of time.
Not as robust a system from a management reporting aspect as others we have used.
The reports are quite basic, or we have to do our own tweaking in an excel sheet when it comes to really getting a good overview of the numbers for employee goal setting.
The staff travelers don't contain as full a history as the staff would like, particularly previous product sales etc.
We sell a lot of package/series and if staff make an error on a ticket we are unable to make corrections on any tickets that are tied to a Package/Series of treatments.
The marketing features of pushing out a post to Facebook and Twitter have never worked to my date tech support has still not been able to find a fix for that.
The online Gift card purchase is very basic and it is only possible to offer a site wide percentage discount for a promotion, unlike a platform like Spaboom that offers a way to do Bogo's, or G.C.'s for specific services.
The main benefits are how easy it is to manage the flow of clients check in and check out, and the remote access for management reports.
