What do you like best?

Easier to use and launch campaigns, customer success team very professional and helpful in assisting.

What do you dislike?

Can't customize the AI assistant and there is a limit of 3000 conversations monthly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use Saleswhale to operationalize your existing middle-of-the-funnel content assets to “warm-up”, then subsequently re-engage and hand over hot leads to your sales team. It's all happening at the backend while you focus on engaging with qualified prospects.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have lots of leads which are not being followed up properly as we are always engaged in finding new clients. Saleswhale enable us to work on these underserved leads to convert them to qualified prospects for our sales team.

"Automatic lead nurturing that saves time on mundane emails"
What do you like best?

- Smart AI assistant that can automatically reply emails and carves out time for the BD team to focus on doing calls

- One time set up and you it basically auto-pilots from there

- Starts valuable conversations that we would not have been able to (or have the time to do) otherwise

- Easy to use

- Great support from Customer Success

What do you dislike?

We would have to upgrade to a higher Salesforce tier to integrate it fully to Salesforce, but even without the integration, it is easy to import contacts in to run campaigns.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No problems as of yet. We started seeing results from our first campaign.

What do you like best?

The app is simple, easy to use, and very complete. They are constantly improving it and looking to adapt it to the needs of the clients.

The AI is capable of keeping an email conversation with your leads until scheduling a demo.

We have saved hundreds of hours and reached thousands of companies that otherwise would have needed an army of people to email.

The Customer Success Executive is available constantly to answer any questions you may have and to take feedback back to the developers.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. Whatever the app is lacking they are willing to evaluate and improve.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need to send massive amounts of emails, try them.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using it as the main way of reaching out to possible clients by email. It allows to program emails, followups, replies to different lead reactions.

The main benefits are: hundreds to thousands of hours saved, perfect follow-ups, a steady flow of outbound leads, one person managing it.

"This AI never stops working!"
What do you like best?

We have a lot of leads in our database and with the recent layoffs of the sales team, we haven't been able to follow up with them. We started off small with Saleswhale reaching out to a small number of leads and we immediately saw results right away. This AI just continues to reach out to lead after lead attempting to set up a meeting or demo request. So we just set it and forget it!

What do you dislike?

We use Marketo but they don't have an OOTB integration. They do have API's though. The support team was very helpful in assisting with the setup but it could have been easier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We run a lot of demand generation programs and not all the leads are technically MQL's or SQL's. So we run them through Saleswhale first to see who is actually interested. As for benefits, we've saved our BDR's time by not having them contact all the leads.

"Efficient Leads Engagement Tool"
What do you like best?

Able to efficiently keep track of conversations across a variety of leads & gain intelligence on the type of approach that works best.

Able to reinvigorate dormant leads.

What do you dislike?

Some leads that have a peripheral interest sometimes get flagged as 'not interested' so those have to be manually picked up from the App.

If there was a way to catch them, it would be good. Other than that, no complaints.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely give it a try, if you require a solution that helps you manage a large volume of leads & conversations that can't be fulfilled just with your own sales team. it's another avenue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

reach more people than we can with our sales team. Also keep track of approaches that are most effective in engaging different client segments.

Was able to garner new business from clients who happen to be actively looking for a solution like ours. We wouldn't have reached them as efficiently & quickly with just our own sales team otherwise.

What do you like best?

Saleswhale’s customizable AI assistant saved my sales team countless hours by automating lead engagement and qualification at scale - with incredible results.

You get to do everything a traditional Sales Development Rep (or Business Development Rep) would do, but far more effectively since it’s essentially programmed to never drop the ball when it comes to mundane follow ups. In fact, my AI assistant has out-performed my human Sales Development Reps.

Saleswhale also integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, so you can segment leads in your CRM that you wish to send to the AI assistant to reach out to in an automated fashion.

The Customer Success Team at Saleswhale are true rockstars too. Helping and guiding me to strategize the best way to customize my bot and email topics to ensure success.

What do you dislike?

Saleswhale currently only focuses on Salesforce integrations. Which is ok for now but I reckon down the road I may want to plug it into other CRMs like HubSpot.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Reviving stale/cold/underserved leads sitting in my CRM

- Saving my Sales Team’s time by automating mundane tasks

- Allowing my Sales Reps to focus only on qualified “hot” leads

What do you like best?

Great intuitive software as a service, responsive and initiative-driven customer success managers, relieving sales team bottleneck to enable better use of staff time for prospective sales.

What do you dislike?

Maturing software which is increasing in capabilities over time, with customisable connectors with more enterprise-levels services especially customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Automating sales enquiries, pre-qualifying leads, before handing to human sales team. Helps increase team efficiency, reduce lost opportunities, and eventually boost staff morale!

What do you like best?

Saleswhale supports the Cegos commercial team in Asia Pacific at the moment in nurturing cold lists, semi-warm lists, and automatically follows up with all these lists diligently without missing a single lead. It is our best sales assistant when all of us are out there focused on our key accounts and developing the market. On top of that, we find it helpful as it helps to pre-qualify our leads into warm appointments where all we eventually need to do is to confirm and go for the meeting. So far in Cegos APAC, we implemented it for just over a month and experienced a 3% qualifying rate, as well as a 100% conversion rate into appointments.

What do you dislike?

Saleswhale are constantly improving themselves, and we understand that there will be areas that will not be perfect. We have not been disappointed so far, and it has been a pleasure to work with the saleswhale team in fact.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Saleswhale has solved our sales enablement and list nurturing issues. We had a whole database of leads that was sitting aside not being touched, or at the very most a couple of EDM campaigns were run through mailchimp previously. Now, we have stopped other marketing automation service and focused our attention on driving all our lists, campaigns and sales nurturing efforts to our Best 24/7 Sales Assistant, Saleswhale!

What do you like best?

The software is simple to use, can run on it's own and will alert us if anything further is needed. Which is great when we need to speak to hundreds of people a week.

What do you dislike?

Nothing about the software as such, it's more some user error can create more work, but that's more on our side then the software.

It helps us answer lots of student questions efficiently and easily. It means we can help more people than we sometimes have the man power to do.
