We would have to upgrade to a higher Salesforce tier to integrate it fully to Salesforce, but even without the integration, it is easy to import contacts in to run campaigns.

We are using it as the main way of reaching out to possible clients by email. It allows to program emails, followups, replies to different lead reactions.
The main benefits are: hundreds to thousands of hours saved, perfect follow-ups, a steady flow of outbound leads, one person managing it.
We have a lot of leads in our database and with the recent layoffs of the sales team, we haven't been able to follow up with them. We started off small with Saleswhale reaching out to a small number of leads and we immediately saw results right away. This AI just continues to reach out to lead after lead attempting to set up a meeting or demo request. So we just set it and forget it!
We use Marketo but they don't have an OOTB integration. They do have API's though. The support team was very helpful in assisting with the setup but it could have been easier.
We run a lot of demand generation programs and not all the leads are technically MQL's or SQL's. So we run them through Saleswhale first to see who is actually interested. As for benefits, we've saved our BDR's time by not having them contact all the leads.

Some leads that have a peripheral interest sometimes get flagged as 'not interested' so those have to be manually picked up from the App.
If there was a way to catch them, it would be good. Other than that, no complaints.
Definitely give it a try, if you require a solution that helps you manage a large volume of leads & conversations that can't be fulfilled just with your own sales team. it's another avenue.

Saleswhale currently only focuses on Salesforce integrations. Which is ok for now but I reckon down the road I may want to plug it into other CRMs like HubSpot.

We needed help with our leads funnel and Saleswhale is a great organisational tool for this.
Saleswhale supports the Cegos commercial team in Asia Pacific at the moment in nurturing cold lists, semi-warm lists, and automatically follows up with all these lists diligently without missing a single lead. It is our best sales assistant when all of us are out there focused on our key accounts and developing the market. On top of that, we find it helpful as it helps to pre-qualify our leads into warm appointments where all we eventually need to do is to confirm and go for the meeting. So far in Cegos APAC, we implemented it for just over a month and experienced a 3% qualifying rate, as well as a 100% conversion rate into appointments.
