The integration within Salesforce and being able to build flows around specific updates that Salesvue pushes has really helped us taylor this application into our sales plan.
I have a had a couple instances of some things that were a little buggy. However, there team is very responsive and can typically get them wrapped with a sense of urgency.
Keeping our sales team organized when engaging with customers. The best part about this app though is being able to provide the sales team different options for next steps, and rescheduling follow up calls in a very few amount of clicks so they can keep dialing.
I have been and the industry for over 20 years and in my opinion Salesvue is the best sales tool I've ever worked with. The tool allows us to stick to a specific sales follow up process. It's also straightforward to add and remove members from a particular plan of follow-up, which gives us great flexibility.
It takes a little getting used to but once you do it's wonderful

The largest upside of Salesvue is how easily it organizes your call campaign for you, enabling the rep to focus time on other things.
Not many downsides of Salesvue, the only one would be the number of clicks it takes to complete a task. But that is nothing serious to complain about.
It organizes and tracks all of my outbound sales interactions that pinpoints where I am doing well and where I can improve.
We recently signed on with Salesvue and have had a wonderful experience. Everything from the initial demo with Adam, to the onboarding with Nicole and team has been seamless. They tailor every conversation to our company and understand our specific needs. They have been able to address our pain points with specific solutions and guide us through the process. It's a powerful tool and we've only just begun to scratch the surface of its capabilities!
I have not found anything to note that I dislike.

SalesVue provided my team with a process to utilize best practices. It is an intuitive system that helps organize sales activities, pushing the most important to the top. My team has started seeing the rewards of SalesVue reaching engaged clients that are more likely to do business with us. The success stories have been rolling in!
It does require some change management, but that is a manageable process.
SalesVue was able to take different ways of doing things and form a standardized process that is repeatable and effective.
Salesvue allows sales reps to be more efficient, work inside Salesforce and not have to leave it. Easy to set up and easy to use. White glove, hands-on client success team that is easy to reach and provides quick follow-up.
We are a newer user, no issues. I am sure we will have some add-on requests as we continue to use the software. Salesvue has shown the initiative to want to work with its customers and continue to improve the software. I also have direct communication with the Owner of Salesvue, and that relationship also provides a confidence level of success as we continue to use the platform.
It allows the sales team to be more efficient by not having to switch back and forth between multiple platforms as they sit inside Salesforce. It also provides essential and valuable reporting we use to measure, make adjustments or continue down the path of success.
SaleVue creates an effective and efficient system and process for both growing our business and servicing our clients. It's relatively easy to use and perfectly integrated into SalesForce.
It took a little while to learn the ins and outs of the system.
SalesVue allows us to market our strategies following an established pattern proactively. The idea of building methodical plans allows us to use our time most effectively.
I like having our sales team live in salesforce and go from updating the contact/lead information to the next task as one seamless action. All the settings, details, lead data, email templates, etc., are all visible in the same window.
Anyone that is familiar with Salesforce knows how important it is to get it set up correctly. This comes into play with Salesvue as well. The effectiveness of your Salesvue cadence will heavily weigh on how well your salesforce instance is set up. If you have some things to fix, no worries because the Salesvue implementation team is incredible! They were able to walk my team and me through every step to make sure we had everything set up the way we wanted.
We are able to use Salesvue as our sales cadence tool. This mean we are able to create an order of sales motions we'd like to take place dependent on the source or stage of the lead. This allows us to quickly and accurately call the right people and follow up at the right time with automation telling the sales rep what they can do next and who they should reach next.
The most approachable tool for AE's because it's native to Salesforce and easiest to use. It doesn't require them to learn a new tool like an Outreach or Salesloft. One more thing would be the onboarding/setup and our ability to have the tool up and running within a couple weeks because we are just enhancing our Salesforce experience.
One of the things they are working on that is not currently available is the outlook calendar integration. I understand that will be available soon.
Leads were not being actioned when passed over to sales. AE's were not doing the majority of their activities in Salesforce which caused issue's with reporting. We have realized that rep productivity has increased dramatically and it makes their jobs easier.

Through the onboarding and now a year plus into using the product the support has been excellent! Anytime we reach out with a simple question we generally get an answer the same day.
The product itself is excellent. In a lot of similar systems, we've used a have been a black box with very little visibility into how things are scheduled. We Salesvue being SF native have been able to customize our implementation to meet our needs well. It means you get to keep all the hard work you do to configure salesforce pages that are useful for your org. The out-of-the-box tools for things like field updates are very handy.
Our entire sales team uses this app every day and they have all been impressed.
I would love to see Salesvuew embrace the ability to trigger screen flows off of call results. Salesforce is putting all of it's admin development effort into flow and that tool has become very powerful. It would be great to launch users into flow from a call result.
I would love to see some of the vertical space used better. After the salesforce nav bar and the Salesvue bar, there is only about half a normal sized screen left for the Salesforce page layout.
