Plus, our CSM support is phenomenal – she is always there to answer questions, offer creative ideas for competitions, is invested in our success and is fun!
SalesScreen rocks for team spirit and basic tracking, but crafting deeper metrics feels like hacking through molasses and requires the help of the SS team. I crave a custom "metric builder" to slice and dice data like a pro, revealing hidden trends and optimizing like a boss. More power to the data lovers, SalesScreen!

It's a tool that really helps increasing the transparancy within the company and helps spread references with both best practices and way of working.
With the possibly to build the dashboards by your own needs it also emphasize that each company isn't always the same. This helped us spreading different winning scenarios around our sales organisation and created a feeling like "one company".
Together with the possiblity to easy onboard new colleagues in the tool to use it as a helping hand with the implementation of sales strategies and KPI's. A bonus is to see the dashboards beeing looked upon and also referenced to when passing around the sales landscapes.
As an amdinstrator of the tool you're always in safe hands with the direct contact to the success manager and support organisation. You also get great recommendations and tips of how you could develop the usage which really is of help getting it implemented!
There are a couple of support functions such as currency calculcator, sometimes flexibility in how the data is limited and visualized and integational questions that can surface but not on the level that it gets frustrating.

The only complaint is the celebrations do not show on the APP. They show on Desktop but most people now days work off their phones. Please try to implement this. It would help!

I like how user friendly the site is. SalesScreen makes it very easy to get things done. Also, the customer support was great when I had a question.
I cannot say anything bad about SalesScreen. I did have an issue with my reward but that was only after I chose a reward and the issue had to do with another entity.
SalesScreen helped me stay organized. The website also helped me see exactly where I was in terms of points/coins after I logged activity in Hubspot.
SalesScreen is a fantastic way to inject some fun into the sales environment. The different competition types as well as battles offer great variety to compete and can really get people sparking. The feed is also a great place for people to see what has been going on across the business and provides an opportunity to engage with co-workers. All great fun, and once you have spiked the fun, the engagement will follow. The customer success at SalesScreen is superb. The set up we had from Halli to get integrated and the ongoing CS work from Emil reassures me we're a valued partner and we're in safe hands. As the administrator for the system, I find it intuitive and easy to use, and I use the platform on a daily basis.
The one tricky element is getting a good download % for the mobile app. Personally, I think the app is great but I know some of the workforce like to keep business and personal separate.
The ability to quickly spike activity in a certain area which leads us to the right outcomes. It also provides us with an 'intranet' type platform where colleagues can engage with each other via the feed.
