What do you like best about SalesPro CRM?

It’s organized and makes it easy for me to propose groups.

What do you dislike about SalesPro CRM?

I wish it was organized in a way so that it wasn’t so hard to pull roils based on accounts.

Recommendations to others considering SalesPro CRM:

Be able to pull information from SalesPro and upload into other programs automatically

What problems is SalesPro CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about SalesPro CRM?

Sales pro was a new idea to me, and though I was used to a system that integrated our PM and Sales systems into one, I have found some benefits to Sales Pro. So long as you are able to keep up with the input of information it is a very good and detailed system. The traces will alert you to upcoming deadlines that can be easily forgotten in the overwhelming sales world. I also enjoy that it outputs BEO's for you so you do not have to create them manually. It will calculate banquet and event costs and provide a detailed timeline of your scheduled groups and events.

What do you dislike about SalesPro CRM?

Having to manually input everything you do from another system becomes excessively tedious. If you forget to input it you very easily forget and having to double the information input is dull and time consuming.

Recommendations to others considering SalesPro CRM:

Great system if you have a PM system that works on its own. Otherwise I recommend finding one that integrates both.

What problems is SalesPro CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am inputting events and groups, keeping up with traces and appointments. I use it to create BEO's and give price quotes. Making group blocks and keep track of our sales and incoming revenue generated through local negotiated rates, events and groups.
