Lastly, I have found their support is incredible, and I definitely recommend reaching out if you're struggling to implement a solution. They're the type of people who will make you a personalized video to walk you through a solution, or send you a guide to answer a detailed question, or even reach out proactively if they notice an error on your website.
API documentation could use examples or quick-starts in additional programming languages, especially compared to competitors. However, their excellent service whenever I've had questions more than made up for it.
Salespanel provides realtime data on visitors to a website, and are a great tool to determine if your marketing campaigns are bringing the right people to your website. It also seems to be built with the ability to quickly and easily get notified about and follow up on those leads. The ability to use webhooks and/or REST API calls gives a lot of freedom in how you can take advantage of their service.
The best things about SalesPanel is that it is simple to install and set up, and then just and easy to gain insights from. Install is easy, if you want to set up some automations then their tutorials are easy to follow, and then you are up and running.
You then can look at the charts, look at the different visitors, etc and you will be able to track the customer journey, or in my case the potential customers journey. The IPO enrichment is awesome as well because it literally identifies the visitor.
The email tracking is awesome as well since a lot of CRM's dont provide that ability to track, and it can be invaluable when talking to the customer because you know what they were reading on the site.
It would be nice if they, along with most SaaS, had more than just the native Zap integration. But they have a great API and webhooks so it is easy to setup on Make or any other IPAAS you might use.
I can see the real site traffic and user journeys as well as identify who is visiting and track my sales opportunities. This is a HUGE help for sales and service.
Paras and his team are very easy to work with. We had some custom programming that needed to be done to integrate PaperForm, and the team helped us quickly.
I like that you are able to see the identified users once the user interacts with the site. The integration with SalesForce is a bonus too. It works better than Hubspot, in my opinion, in pushing the tracking data

I miss some direct integrations such as ActiveCampaign. You can integrate it but its not direct.

Our sales team is now able to track what customers are doing on our website and what kind of applications and products customers are thinking about getting. The implementation was easy, so our newsletter signups, outreach, CAD download, chatbot, and info@ contact forms were automatically detected. We now know 2 days ahead what people are going to ask us and what is more reach out to potential leads in a natural way. We also use it to see what customers reacted to newsletters. The NATIVE Pipedrive integration helps our sales team to track leads and their activity. Enrichment feature helps out a lot as well, especially for company and profile lookups.
So far everything works as expected, support is great.
We never knew who is visiting our company. A number of visitors is not helpful, but a contact is. Now we are using the tool in combination with our marketing tools to bring more transparency into sales.
The analytics work on a number of levels for us. We can follow indididual journeys or study group behaviour. This is helping to resolve content, logic issues quickly. Hard to quantify future visitor behaviour in money terms right now, but the trends are improving based on changes we are making from the reports so the ROI is looking very positive.

We are using salespanel to track leads on our sites. They market themselves as B2B but our use case is B2C and it works very well for that as well. You can get real-time notifications of new leads and structured campaigns for follow-ups accordingly. This allows to personalize the interaction with customers and close more leads. Support was excellent and promptly replied to our queries.
The only thing I would like to see more is additional integrations with third parties. They have a Zapier integrations and a few CRMS but we use a different tool for integrations which is currently not available yet. Having said that, integrations are still possible with webhooks and support already confirmed they will have additional direct integrations soon.
