The ease of using the fully featured Sales Nexus program.
I can't point to anything that I really dislike.
It allows us to do very specific e-mail marketing.

It is a bit hard to understand at first, but once you do its amazing the amount of possibilities.
Easily organizing our patients and updating their status is a breeze. We can run weekly reports to see how good our approval rating is.
It is really easy to learn and use. It is effective in sending email campaigns and monitoring the results. It is very easy to download new leads from Lead Ferret. Easy to stay on top of call backs and the results from those.
Wish it had nice graphic pre-made email templates

I like to use this system for its versatility and friendly interface, which allows orderly management and automate some marketing functions that usually take up a lot of time, with Sales Nexus CRM allowed us to improve sales management and optimize campaigns of marketing.
I also like the attention provided by the technical support team, which is a very professional, attentive and patient team that has managed to resolve all the errors that have arisen from the problem and the mistakes made by my work team.
At the moment I have no problems with the system, however, I think you can improve the interface a bit and add several functions. This was recommended to the technical support team and they were left to study the proposal and give me an answer as soon as possible.
Without a doubt, I recommend this system since it has been able to adapt to the rhythms that this type of business demands, acquiring it will represent your most important investment that will be able to return your capital in a short time.

There are many programs that promise a lot but Sales Nexus CRM has been the one that has fulfilled all its functions to the letter.
It's great tool in this marketing operations space. The features like automated email on the schedule created by an user, as well as the reminder notifications to the users about the actions pending make it more interactive. Dashboards are very easy to create and it actually give visibility to everyone in the hierarchy. Apart from this, I think the sync with calendar also work well.
Not specific dislike to any function, but yes we need to connect more often with the support team for any changes that we desire to make. A great documentation can eliminate this.
I would recommend 100% to other prospect buyers, since this is a complete solution for sales and marleting need and if the company domain is in marketing/advertising this does help in internal operations.

It has a fully automated customer relationship manager and marketing features. It can also email prospect salespeople to call leads. Its good for email campaigns.
An upgrade should be done the campaigns to enable opening of all clicks.

It helps us in generating more business by identifying right opportunities, tracking leads, narrowing down our target market based on our marketing programs helps us a lot in closing business in a timely manner. Integration with our communication platform Ringcentral was easy. Contact management and lead scoring help the sales representative a lot.
Improvement could be on the user interface making it more ease for the users and also can improve on building an inbuilt library for dashboard templates.
Very user friendly plus their support team who definitely are one always approachable. It is value for money and yes it helps you in automation and maintaining the existing engagement well.

I wish there was an inbox for email. It has some great email functionality, but to see all of your incoming emails in an "inbox" format, you must "marry" it to your currently used email platform.
