What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Its super easy to navigate and use. I am able to fully communicate with customers witout issues. Its super easy to recover data and phone numbers from past messages. I would 100% recommend to customers

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Nothing really. The only thing I would change would be the amount of credits alotted to the account

Simple easy to use dashboard. Texts are delivered, very reliable. Has an app to be able to keep in touch with customers immediately. Good pricing.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

Competitive pricing, but could cost a little less.

Being able to contact customers regarding appointments, and sending mass text for promotions. Saves time to text instead of phone calls. Customers respond quickly to text vs. phone calls.

The Hubspot integration makes it super easy to message our leads and see how they move through the funnel.

Sometimes it takes a while for certain pages to load, and navigation could be better.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg is most helpful for quick, easy startup of business to consumer texting. We were able to get our business landline as a text line and easily add contacts for broadcast messages. I also really like that Salesmsg is on the up and up when it comes to compliance with new regulations on B2C texting. They make it incredibly easy to learn about these updates and also comply with the laws and regulations.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

I don't feel there are many downsides of using Salesmsg.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a plant nursery with several pick ups and deliveries each day. Before using text messages to communicate with our customers, we spent lots of time on the phone making short phone calls to confirm order details. Texting allows us to communicate with our customers at their own pace, with less interruption in their day. Salesmsg broadcasts also allow us to make quick announcements about products when there is time sensitive information that an email just won't deliver as quickly.

It's very helpful that as soon as someone replies to me on salesmsg I get a notifcation on my outlook that way I can reply and connect with them right away.

I wish that I can fliter the other covo in sales so that it shows only the clients I'm talking to!
