Salesmsg is most helpful for quick, easy startup of business to consumer texting. We were able to get our business landline as a text line and easily add contacts for broadcast messages. I also really like that Salesmsg is on the up and up when it comes to compliance with new regulations on B2C texting. They make it incredibly easy to learn about these updates and also comply with the laws and regulations.
I don't feel there are many downsides of using Salesmsg.
We run a plant nursery with several pick ups and deliveries each day. Before using text messages to communicate with our customers, we spent lots of time on the phone making short phone calls to confirm order details. Texting allows us to communicate with our customers at their own pace, with less interruption in their day. Salesmsg broadcasts also allow us to make quick announcements about products when there is time sensitive information that an email just won't deliver as quickly.
It's very helpful that as soon as someone replies to me on salesmsg I get a notifcation on my outlook that way I can reply and connect with them right away.
I wish that I can fliter the other covo in sales so that it shows only the clients I'm talking to!
