Easy to access, can store all the Information, easily can be implemented, Can be used frequently, has many numbers of features, Supports the customer, and can be integrated easily.
Without saving the contacts if we make a call, it shows multiple names.
It helps in solving problems like difficulty in emails and call tracking, Sales performance, activities, and Dashboard. It has made it easy to know who has opened our email and who has not, email ids are correct or wrong, and who is doing productive work in an office environment, and all the day-to-day activities information can be captured easily.
The Best thing I like about Salesmate is I can track who has opened my Mail and clicked on the link I sent. This will make me easier to track the leads who are interested to explore our capabilities.
Till now there are no dislikes in the features of Salesmate.

As of now I do not find any shortcomings in Salesmate. As a Sales person I have worked with different CRM tools , like others Salesmate can also improvise their UI on timely basis to make it more user friendly.
Salesmate is helping me to maintain my proper Hot, warm and Cold leads and helping in following up those leads. This way I do not miss any follow-ups and eventually this leads me in building a good pipeline.
Salesmate.io is a user friendly tool to work on his/her daily activities - creating, editing and updating. Navigation of the tool is easy - giving a user a comprehensive 360 degrees view of each module - Contact, Account or Deal.
Nothing much but i wish Salesmate.io can allow to integrate with databases like ZoomInfo, Calling Tools like Skype. Salesmate.io could improvise on screen performance and resolution. For example - Like outlook, where you see the list of emails in stacked format.

Salesmate packs a ton of value delivered with unparalleled simplicity. You get the usual contact and sales pipeline management software for the same price or better than most competitors. On top of this, they really stack up the value. I truly wanted to like both, Zoho & Insightly, but the value and simplicity were not there. On top of the basics, they pack on multiple pipelines, which I use to run various side gigs since I can use more than one email with the CRM. From scheduling software to webforms forms to marketing journeys to web chat apps to calling and texting built into the software, Salesmate is a unique value proposition in the marketplace and is a true game changer.
Not much, could be faster loading up. The only peeve I have is the fact that when I click on links to various modules from another module, it lands me on the editing form for that object. Hope that changes.
