Salesmachine is easy to use and at the same time rich with the information we need. This means that at a glance we can see where all of our customers are in their journeys, who may need help, who is liable to expand, and more. Automations and clear presentation saves my team time doing busy work so they can spend more time doing what they do best: working with our customers.

Before Salesmachine we did not have an easy way of working with basic metrics for our customers. Combine this better understanding of our customers with Salesmachine's automations, and we are now able to be more proactive with our customers than ever.

Salesmachine feature updates are numerous, it would be good to get more information each time there’s a new one.
Salesmachine gives us the possibility to interact with the same quality level with all our customers (small or big). The solutions changed our process and helped us prioritize tasks. In addition, Salesmachine many functionalities helped us reduce the number of solutions we need (from product marketing communications to product analytics).
SalesMachine's Qualified Trials feature has allowed us to save time which is really important for a fairly small inside sales team. This feature gives us the ability to locate trialers that are not only qualified but also have a great activation score. This overlap means we're spending our valuable time engaging the right prospects that are more likely to convert with some assistance from our team! Time is money.
We've had some data flow issues, but mostly coming from unknown changes on our end. And the SM team has been there for us every step of the way through any hiccups!
We're saving time and decreasing our close window with the leads we are working from SalesMachine. That's a win-win for us!
