Bombora's intent topic is not added in Teams and Individual subscription plans. Hence, these plans can be added to a common subscription.

I like the ease of access, the customizablility of my experience every time I used it and having the option of working on it on top of my regular workload through their extension. The accuracy of the info was also very much appreciated.
I am not too fond of the app's ui in general, perhaps the ux moreso in terms of how micro interactions or clickable areas are not as accessible as I'd like them to be.
Sales intel allows me to sort and filter companies per their industry, their revenues and pretty much anything I need to filter them by making my searches much more effecive and my days more efficient
SalesIntel is very easy to use and their team is always there quickly when we need something. I like the "export to SF" feature, their customer intent feature and their new VisitorIntel feature that let's me know what potential customers are viewing our website. I use SalesIntel everyday and have found it very easy to use and very easy to integrate/connect to our SF.
I would like it to add contact info from LinkedIn that I have requested that they verify. As of now, I have to dig through the update emails they send me, then look for the person on LinkedIn again a few days later and then have SalesDriver put the info into Salesforce. I have found linkedin verifications in my email that I forgot to go back to and then re-enter into SF.
SalesIntel very saves us a lot of time and the human verified data is very accurate.

There are a few things to love about SalesIntel that I would like to share:
- Ease of use. Everything is straight forward and clearly marked. Even if we didn't have the wonderful onboarding sessions provided by Zach, I could go in blind and still use 95% of the system functionality.
- Human-verified information. The contact information provided on leads has thus far proven accurate and reliable.
- *I would like to stress this.* Customer service. I had an issue with an integration earlier on in the process and Chelsea from the operations team was both attentive and enthusiatic in solving the problem right away. I'm talking within the hour she replied and we were on a call that day. From day one, service has been fantastic. Zach not only gave us very detailed and engaging onboarding sessions, but also took it a step further in following up about my aformentioned issue within the day, as well. All in all an A+ experience working with the team.
- I also would like to mention that Manoj, the CEO of SalesIntel also reached out after onboarding to get feedback on the onboarding and user experience. It shows that the whole company is dedicated to making SalesIntel a pleasurable user experience.
Nothing really glaring comes to mind, however, there are a few quirks:
- Sometimes I find more contacts via LinkedIn, but the two more go hand-in-hand rather than competing software.
- The tech stack section is a godsend, but isn't perfect. Not all used software/ departments are on there. You can ask for human verification, though I haven't tried it yet.
- I had trouble with Zoho integrations, but the ops team helped me out literally immediately
Helping us build a list of established leads within a certain company and get their contact information. Also providing leads in terms of ICP segments.
1. Data quality - is very good, especially "Compnay Technographics" to match our ICP. We needed to pull a target list of companies using a specific "industry standard" and competitive software. They succeded where other providers failed.
2. Excellent support - Our Customer Success Manager was excellent and the best experience I've had ever. In addition to proactively re-creating our ICP lists in SalesIntel, she connected us to their research team to add the missing technographic data we needed.
3. Great value - SalesIntel is competitively priced in comparison to other providers and especially when compared to ZoomInfo. Better quality data + great team @ lower cost = great value.
1. Human verified data often lags behind machine verifed records, but that's to be expected, and similar to others.
2. B2B intent data is provided by Bombora who uses third-party data by keywords/topics. I'd like to see social signals included to the target person rather than just a company.
3. Sometimes data counts didn't match up when comparing overall searches and then repeating them by each industry. However, the team reponded quickly when mismatches were found.

Yes we get some bouncebacks on emails- but it is to be expected and every provider will have this! To be transparent we use 2 of these data providers in parallel so when this doesnt have the person- the other will and vice versa
If you are focusing on the US market- this is good. Europe they are not as strong ( in our sector anyway)
Customer service is really good I we have found- in fact the customer account will book in a call every month to discuss issues- to be fair we have not done this every time but if there is something needed- there is a platform
