I like the ease of using the platform. It is very user friendly and easy to learn for all learning styles and ages.
So far I have not run into anything that I dislike. I will update if anything pops up, but my experience has been excellent.
It is helping to keep all of our clients, tracking, and billing located in one spot that is easy to use.
Things which I liked the most about Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud are -
1) Easy to use
2) It is very user-friendly as most of the products of SalesForece are.
The only thing which I dislike about Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud is, importing contacts from other platforms I mean specifically indicating here is Zoominfo is not so easier.
Problems which Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud solving is it is helping in centralizing data storage, keeping everything at one place, well organized, Secure and Safe
It will be a dashboard to see the voluntary initiatives of a company and employees contributions to the causes.
The information will be very transparent and brutal to review the company's and employees' social activities.
Companies can empower employees by participating in various social causes by involving them in the activities thus increasing their credibility as a person. It gives a profile of an employee and how much he/she is responsible for social causes.
I was associated with an NGO looking for a CRM to manage all the volunteer and donor data. I suggested Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud, and it has worked as a boon for them. Easy-to-use dashboard with all the details. Also, we are able to track the volunteers working hours and events.
I haven't come across any such thing in the tool which is not helpful, except the data import which is bit time-consuming.
It is saving us a considerable amount as it offers a free plan for the Non-Profit Organization. Tracking of data is much easy now as we have our NGO branch located at multiple locations.

I like how on Philanthropy dashboard it specifies which philanthropy event to help philanthropy coordinate like myself to track participants/potential donor names and contact info
It is confusing at times for coordinator to distinguish events by name, whether it be registered or non registered. It would be nice to add the last minute guest list to the feature.

I like the vast database of campaigns and non-profit organisations where we can search and read articles about and contribute through our end.
Personalised recommendations are also given on the platform.
Most of the non-profits recommended is from the limited region of US and Canada only , I would expect them to include data from all over the world so that we can start making change where it is most required.
Getting the list of all the campaigns running around me and how it impacts society is powerful.
We can also start our own campaign in it and gather the volunteers where we feel that we can make an impact out of it.
