Sales application that helps at all levels!!
What do you like best about SalesDiary - Sales Force Automation (SFA)?
The categorization and different allocations of need within all the company levels is for us the added value in this software, apart from all the intelligent sales solutions powered by AI that typically is typically highlighted.
What do you dislike about SalesDiary - Sales Force Automation (SFA)?
The needs are very strictly allocated among the different profiles. As a manager working in a small enterprise, I do need to perform activities from lower levels, so I would need to include the features from the profile of a Sales Person, Retailer, and Distributor.
What problems is SalesDiary - Sales Force Automation (SFA) solving and how is that benefiting you?
Font line sales, Marketing surveys, effective inventory allocation, actionable insights (KPIs) to meet the strategy, demand planning, sales & distribution for FMCG and optimized sales Routes... it works for different industries to solve all related sales problems.

Sales force makes it really easy to track metrics for my team and keep status updates on projects.

It is really intuitive, I do wish it had more drop down menu options when you build out your framework.

It's very User Friendly. very easy to learn. Easy to integrate and run on even low network connectivity.Cloud based system can be easily managed through centralized system.

sometime the system get hanged due to low coverage of network. But overall it's a good product and very easy to learn and integrate.

SalesDiary helped me focus on core responsibilities than managing internal processes.
What do you like best about SalesDiary - Sales Force Automation (SFA)?
It's a nice tool in space of sales performance management, the product capability features helps its user focus more on their core responsibility thus increasing productivity and effectiveness. As a user I was able to meet my targets and KPI's. It gives you more visibility and helps in making better decisions. Order fulfillment is very easy with these platform.
What do you dislike about SalesDiary - Sales Force Automation (SFA)?
Every tool system has some difficulties in integrating with the existing setup. We too faced some difficulty in implementation of these and also training the team on this was a bit challenge. Having said this, the advantages of having this nullify the a little hardship in getting users used to it.

A great boost to your revenue team, can help them focus on achieving their target which eventually helps companies perform better. It got too many features, based on the requirements can achieve right results.
