I'm using Sales.Rocks because it checks the box for the following things which I need in my day to day work. I need business information and a lot of emails. Plus a way to setup an automation to the emails I get from the data source. I also need the ability to integrate into LinkedIn, and make everything work together. Sales.Rocks gives me a way to accomplish this.
The application has a lot of features with basic functionalities, which work rather well like the email automation feature. But several areas still need improvement. I also don't think that Sales.Rocks has developed their LinkedIn automation process to the level of some of its competitors. So pretty much everything I like is there, but it's a work in progress.
Sales.Rocks helps me find and contact leads for my web development business. Also, it's all under one roof. For example, let's say I want to outreach dentists in Queens, NY. I can do that with Sales.Rocks. The software allows you to center into specific industries, locations, etc.

We are getting 5 functionalities at one place, which saves time as well as the efforts of our sales team. Functionalities like contacts searching, email outreach, then email IDs warmup is inbuilt in the tool,on top of this they also have chrome extension, so we don't have to rely on the dashboard full time.
Data, accuracy, and the number of filters to create a targeted list are highly valuable. Previously, we used generic email list-building tools that made outreach more of a hit-or-miss. with sales.rocks, we are making smarter targeted audiences.
I wish we were able to manage contact conversations within the tool. It would be great to have a direct integration to our CRM (or one within the tool) so we can keep the sales pipelines centralized without having to export data manually.
Finding leads with the correct filtered criteria has been beneficial to reduce our marketing efforts. We know in the first touch how to personalize our outreach because Sales.Rocks has so much data that we can create a customized list. We know we are speaking to the right contacts at the right company.
Great tool for finding information for companies in the DACH area. Lots of great info for finding potential prospects. Also a large number of filters for better targeting potential clients. A huge plus for that.
It would be great if they also had contact data, to target potentials directly instead of looking up their contact info, but the good news is customer supports says they have it planned.
