Constantly testing new initiatives and optimising towards better performance. Always very quick to respond to emails and raise any queries with their techncial team. Responses are thorough and troubleshooting is simple.
Very occasional errors in the data pull from site scraping leads to customer complaints - very few of these though
Remarketing to customers who have opted into our marketing with personalised emails. Informing non-converting customers of current offers and promotions. Enabling quote save for prospective customers.
The most helpful about SaleCycle is that you don’t loose potencial conversion and taking care about clients.

What I like the most is how our account manager always works proactively, implementing a/b tests and checking results and performances. And, of course, the tool works great.
I do not see any downsides. You can rely on SaleCycle to improve conversions.
Cart abandonment emails, remarketing
SaleCycle has been very valuable to us for use of data-driven features to help us with conversion, recovering sales, and helping to drive loyalty. It has an easy-to-use dashboard, and our SaleCycle manager is super communicative and helpful, making sure we are all set for our campaigns and updating creatives!
No big issues, but using filezilla to get and send data can be a pain sometimes, not a big deal but wish it was a bit simpler.
SaleCycle helps us retarget and bring back customers through emails, solving retention issues. I would like to explore what more we can do here as well.

SaleCycle allows us to streamline our abandon basket communications to customers in an otherwise hectic business environment. This is especially helpful with moving beyond what we have and instead focusing on testing for constant improvement
Looking at other products in the portfolio, there's little potential to expand our repertoire beyond the abandon basket journey at this time. This is a shame because the abandon basket journey and relationship works well
We focus exclusively on abandon basket whilst also trying to align with our internal comms and the new approach we are taking with these. The benefits of using SaleCycle to manage this journey means that there is some pressure off of our organisation to manage this fully as we are currently reorganising our CRM strategy and approach in day-to-day comms
Marc Shepherd has been an awesome resource in executing our campaigns, providing results, and recommending new ways to improve our overall customer experience. We also love that the designers are able to match our look & feel for branding so well. They do a great job!
We had a tough time getting a SMS marketing campaign up and running because our vision didn't quite match Salecycles capabilities. Salecycle was still helpful in answering all our questions, and also pushed internally for some new capabilities in order to try and meet our needs.
SaleCycle is helping us with our abandoned cart, abandoned browse, and email my basket email campaigns, as well as on site re-marketing pop-ups. They have been instrumental in helping us recover abandoned sales & provide urgency messaging.
