Sailthru handles all of my email campaigns. Our email team is the single one that uses Sailthru. Each of our automated email servers, and also batches and flash mailings, are powered by Sailthru. I like how much A/B testing we can do, how easy it is to build out emails, and how helpful the SailThru team has been. I also really appreciate the LO flows, we've been building out our win back campaigns, and it's been so helpful.
I would love to see some changes to the analytics portion of the platform -- being able to customize my dashboard and summaries more would be so helpful (we tend to look at total open rate and click to open rate in addition to unique OR and CTOR, and it'd be great to have a way to see those overall stats at a glance).
I think it's a great investment for your email lists -- they're extremely helpful and offer a lot of tools to grow and manage your email lists and keep them healthy.
We're working on ways to draw in more subscribers and retain them. It's been so helpful being able to A/B test so many elements of our newsletters with ease.

While the visual editor templates support drag & drop "what-you-see-is-what-you-get design", their overlays (on-site lightboxes) still require Designer resources who know CSS/HTML.

This allows us to cater individualized messaging to our users' journey in a way that would not have been possible before.

I appreciate that Sailthru truly cares about their client's experiences and that they take feedback and incorporate it into their quarterly/yearly updates. There are some minor things I would change (i.e., being able to delete saved rows); however, most of the changes I would make are simply quality of life improvements that don't affect the overall functionality negatively.
I highly recommend meeting with Sailthru clients whose business/goals most line up with yours so that you can get a better understanding of how they use the platform.
Like most e-commerce retailers, we've been struggling with how to navigate an (almost) post-COVID world. We were fortunate to acquire a lot of new customers during the peak of the pandemic; however, as more local stores begin to open back up, we're focusing on retaining the customers that we accumulated. Sailthru's prediction manager has been highly beneficial as we can suppress users who are likely to opt-out. Because of the increase in new customers, naturally, our email list increased as well, so this feature allows us to retain those email addresses for a longer period of time.

Nothing to dislike with this vendor. This company needs to improve it's email program and that's partially why I'm here. Doesn't look like there have been improvements in the last 3 years.
There's more transparency on list growth and it's Wordpress integration is useful for our newsletter campaigns as well. It's all in all a better ESP than Maropost where the support staff seemed to have low morale and there was no communication with an account manager.
