"Difficult Implementation, But A Great Overall Product."
What do you like best?

The opportunity to merge accounts into a single identity cube seamlessly with all our applications and web services.

What do you dislike?

There is a lot to customize. To support this product, you have to learn Java and Beanshell extensively.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Until you seek to simplify it with Sail Point, ensure you are well aware of the current business processes surrounding client provisioning.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Complex set-up, customisation, but the pioneer of IAM as a whole. There's no other approach on the market contrasting the latest integration of Privileged Access Management with Seilpoint.

What do you like best?

Very customizable interface, Ability to connect to many enterprise databases and systems like AD,One integrated product built from the ground up with the entire identity lifecycle in mind, self-service capabilities of the product.Providing accurate visibility enterprise-wide to who has access to what applications and data, across the entire organization.Seamless automatic provisioning of access based on matrix defined job roles and job functions , simplifying the provisioning process.

What do you dislike?

The user interface is not very intuitive, There are no instructions on the screen to help the user to know what to do.Technical adoption requires a high level of training and experience by the implementing teams. Code releases not completely vetted and tested prior to release.Support questions go to a forum to be answered.

Its flexible configuration is very effective for accommodating any business needs in an efficient manner.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

IdentityIQ is used both as an IAM tool to manage user logins across various devices and software. This includes Windows accounts, our timesheet software, email accounts, and a few other software tools used by our engineers. Additionally, IdentityIQ also is used for very specific workflows that require the contribution of several employees. For example, we have a team that is spread out over three different client sites in different time zones. They use the workflow to ensure that all of their steps are taken care of in an organized manner.

It requires less administrative labor to track all the account information.The self-service capabilities of the product saved a lot of calls to the helpdesk.

What do you like best?

Sailpoint is very flexible in configuring to enterprise needs. It have very good UI and workflows.

What do you dislike?

Nothing as such that i dislike about the product. I really love it.

I like this software because it gives me much more information about the clients background in their credit which we are very helpful in our jobs for them

What do you like best?

We switched from OneLogin to Sailpoint and I find this application much easier to navigate when looking for my approvals, requests, and certifications. Also, the mobile UI is also extremely streamlined

What do you dislike?

As an end user, not too much to dig into here.

What do you like best?

Its a Superb Tool to Manage Identities, provisions, certifications. Its an all in one tool. Which does more than any other tool available in the market.

It allows lots of Customization, which is the best part of it. It gives so many connectors for all target applications.

It is very User Friendly, you dont need to put lots of effort to educate the users.

What do you dislike?

Due to its customization feature, the support is very limited by Sailpoint.

Features can be requested but will be added based on the count of users needed that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Sailpoint is the leader, and it gives a highly scalable and customizable solution. They have a connector for almost all the applications in Market.

We are doing every part of it. Onboarding different types of applications.

What do you like best?

1) Tool is very customization friendly.

2) It provides great community support.

3) Tool has easy and clear availability of docs and api's.

4) This is a perfect IAM tool for beginners.

5) Users can request their own access and can approach to owner as well.

6) User friendly interface of the application allows easy integration with access management to new users as well.

7) A CustomGlobal object is always available to get data from backend.

What do you dislike?

1) Sometimes I face issues with sessions and objects get overridden.

2) Access request for others allows me to add or delete access for some users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The most liked feature is its customization friendliness. I can easily write my custom rules, workflows and SOD policies.

What do you like best?

I like the application is very easy to use and to navigate. The system seems to connect very well with the company's databases and programs.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the look of the platform. It appears very outdated.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend that you reach out to your tech team with any questions. The program sometimes does not work very well and can lack the programs needed.

The platform eliminates associates waiting on Tech reps to reset passwords for systems.

What do you like best?

1. One stop solution for access management for your project and company.

2. Can raise access requests for any requirement such as adding into AD groups, mail alias, windows

access, different soft wares , Virtual machines etc.

3. These access requests are tracked for responsible persons to take action as per request category.

4. Those requests are tracked with messaging facility to owners & action to be taken on those requests.

5. Facility of reminding owners to take actions is also excellent

6. User can see progress of request communicate to owner as well .

7. It allows me to raise multiple requests in one go which is saving my time in process

8. Nice and easy UI for this application helps to simplify access management process with very less training to new users.

What do you dislike?

1. Adding requests for someone empowers me though it gives problem sometime as someone can add or remove another user.

2. This is problematic as I may get removed from the which I am not intended to leave. Which causes me more process related discussions for approval.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

1. User friendly UI for end users to create & track requests Hence quite simple to do training for new users

2. One stop solution for access management for your project and company

3. Easy to manage and maintain your project & company user access profiles with all list access to review & approve

What do you like best?

We use Sailpoint Identity IQ primarily to request system access. It is easy to use and track your request. I have also utilized it approve my organization request. Whatever request is assigned to me, I had to approve/deny based on the information provided.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it is hard to identify which options to choose from regarding particular access request. Most of the request I have done in past, I chose others from the dropdown list and entered manually what I am requesting to get the access.
