I prefer software with a high number of features, a user-friendly interface, easy implementation, and responsive customer support.

Here are my dislikes:

Entity level, top level confusion.

It is helping me in record keeping and tracking.

Using it since the start of the company and has worked great. Customer support is always there when we have a question and it serves our needs. The customizing of reports is so great. It is simple to use. It's easy to navigate around and the better part is it is easy to train on. The grant application process is much faster and more efficient thanks to Sage Intacct. There are many activities that we can now perform automatically that we previously had to do on paper, saving us not only time but also resources.

Aegis Project Controls has increased the frequency of budget vs. actuals reporting 3x, from quarterly to monthly, thanks to ease of use in Sage Intacct Planning. We solve data problems using pragmatic approaches and leverage a proven ecosystem including Sage Intacct for ERP. Every Sage ERP Implementation begins with the planning process. With the SAP and Sage integration, you can get combined insights from both platforms for better segmentation.

We are using to manage day-to-day activities such as accounting, customers, inventory, procurement, supply chain, project management, business intelligence, and compliance.

Confusing Features available in Top level and Entity level.

Sage Intact solves financial management complexities by streamlining processes, enhancing accuracy, and providing real-time insights. This benefits users by saving time, reducing errors, and enabling informed decision-making for better financial health.

It is a perfect application for implementing the business. Functional modules with more informative knowledge.

Sage Intacct is helpful in Customer and vendor-related activities.

Help Center makes Intacct's best feature providing details on every module, permissions and its nuances.

This makes the administrator's job easy as the Help center stores information in once place.

Community is yet another feature that helps us be current on the issues and the work arounds to resolve them.

The time taken by the engineering team to fix issues which are at the back end, is too long. This really needs to be looked at. Because most of the time, looking at the issue itself will take weeks together.

Book Keeping which is very outdated and not recommended

Automation of most of the cumbersome activities like Vendor upload, Master data upload, JE upload.

Processing Multi-Currency invoices & creation of varied invoice templates as per Client's requirement, Revenue management.

Reporting is also a very good feature.

Uploading templates are little difficult. Team, can work on this.

Easy creation of vendor and customising the reports.

User Interface. I love the UI of this application. it's easy to navigate and work. below are some of the aspects that I commenly appreciate about Sage Intacct.

Complexity, Customization challenges. Performance: in some cases, I see a couple of issues with performance, especially during quarterly releases.

Streamlined Operations, Data visibility, Improved financial management Business Continuity, etc.

It has a very gentle and user-friendly interface without any difficulties finding what you need.

Highly customizable and superior customer support.

Complex approval requirements for Master Data is not available yet.

Integrations are sometimes difficult due to the web service developer licenses etc.

UI is a bit slow(comparatively) compared with other cloud applications.

End to End Accounting process - Financial Management reports - Business development plans - Budgets - Forecasting - Contracts management - Projects Handling - T&M etc.,

Sage is easy to use accounting Software. It is a set of Intutive and Completely completely Integrated reporting tools, works as a time saver when it is about reporting.

it does not support excel as attachment, so files needs to be converted to CSV first to get uploaded, either at the time of uploading the JE or for attachment (document proof or support)

Also, all the entries use to be together not bifercated,on the basis of period

Sage is all in one Accounting tool, you dont have to have different software for Accounts payable (AP) orAccounts receivable (AR) or Record to report Jobs (RTR) all are in this software, best thing about Sage is reporting , for reporting it will reduce your deendency on excel, also a great time saver.
