Wish there was a easier way to add training for all employees
Its ensured that recuitment is all being completed from one source Sage. Rather than emails from all diffrent inboxs etc and hire managers.

It has to be the commitment from the customer service! Nothing is too much trouble, they'll jump on a teams call, repsond via email, check in on you.
Honesty aswell, if something isnt going to work for your company, they'll be honest and not just sell you a module. Kim was the last person I dealt with, couldn't of asked for anything more from her!

absence management is a lfie saver for us, running reports is easy and helps gather data quickly. It helps our employees engage with us a little more and has become an intergral part of our day to day running and helps us run efficiently. Implementing this changed the game for us in HR and it helps us support our team
we do not dislike anything really - only thing we would say is that we would like to be able to share more with managers without comprimising privacy of the staff
Managing annual leave and any kind of absence in a more efficient way, i can run reports to keep track of any red flags, i can run salary reports, turnover reports and i can manage and collate data for all managers easily. Engaging the employees with the portal has helped employees to manage their time and communicate with their managers better
Easy to configure, user friendly. Helps me easily manage holidays and reports to support month end payroll. Adele has been a fantastic support with training to ensure we're using all the cool features sage HR has to offer!
I currently do not have any dislikes about Sage HR.
Having leave management I'm in control of the staffs holidays, and can cascade approvals to managers, freeing up my time.

Keeping everything in one place and easy to use for all, managers, employees and data collection, we are a small organisation, but I can see the benefits are enormouse for large organisations, but even though we are small, its a great time saver for us too.
I haven't found a downside, if anything, we aren't using all the benefits, but, the support group give us advice, touch base regularly and help to utilise Sage to it's full potential for us, so no down side from Sage HR, it's more about us not engaging in its full potential

Sage HR was utilized at my firm to organize, connect, and keep our personnel. Sage HR gives us real-time insight over our entire workforce (including remote employees) and helps us to knows what is happening on all times. Whether we needed to hire, plan shifts, handle timesheets, or conduct performance evaluations, Sage HR enabled us to do everything in a centralized spot without overcomplicating things.
Some drawbacks of the system include: upgrading data at a centralized spot that executes changes across the whole platform. Reports and histories can be customized. Monitoring and managing vacation arrangements

Sage HR is indeed a user-friendly platform for smaller businesses that helps to simplify HR activities everything under one cover and in a timely way. Its ability to interact with other applications is also a plus, allowing operations to be streamlined. Finally, we really appreciated utilizing it to not only let our teammates to connect with it as well as to facilitate interacting with our teammates easier on the HR department, with demands constantly being logged.
It is designed specifically to transform potential into an advantage for smaller and medium-sized organizations. I like how many possibilities there are for customizing stuff in the person department. Among which are KPIs and targets (and the ability to make them public), and also the ability to make meeting notes "private" for every participant.
