First of all, I use the Rydoo app to take photos of all my receipts and gather the electronic ones then upload them all at once. I like the clean interface and I like that there are different ways to create an expense.

Sometimes the mobile app does not sync properly, but I have noticed significant improvements over the last 6 months so I'm confident this is being worked on.

Good history of expenses and good usage of information captured from receipts. Makes it easier to validate and verify expenses with the instant picture option. Reporting is good and has several options.

When I get messages that my receipts have been rejected even though they were approved. I do not like the approvals of parts of my travel mileage in bits and pieces. I find it confusing.

Both the web and app versions are very user friendly

Nothing to dislike. But a minor enhancement could be to have a possibility of viewing multiple expenses at once, probably by opening them in new tabs.
