Having a column marked current when I sign into a patient's (pharmacy) account.

I am an academic physician with experience in numerous EHR apps including Epic and several others. No other software is as flexible and user friendly. This is critical for saving time and being efficient in a busy practice. The support is the best and worth the $, someone always there to help, even a sophisticated user. Good value as well.
very occasional slight delay in loading the site and automated sign out for privacy and security mean logging in more than I would wish..

Very user friendly, easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Several ways to look up your patients and easy to train others to use. I have the information I need at my fingertips
its hard to explain to some users where to find things when their screen looks different because of different roles they have and restrictions. It is web based and sometimes we have issues with the information loading for a patient. We also have and EMR that connects to the RXNT and sometimes the real time information is delayed and hard to get it to load. We sometimes need to close the program completely and then log back in to get the information we need for the providers and or the patients.
Easy to use program
easy to find prescriptions using client information such as last name only, the providers and myself find it easy to track prescriptions to see who has completed what and when. I love the time stamp and the provider information is not hard to find when searching
Ease of adding new patients on my phone. The search feature is excellent as well and makes it quite simple to find new patients.
It's a tad more cumbersome adding new patients on the computer.
I have used this service with a different hospice company and I have been extremely satisfied with each use. I would recommend it to any healthcare organization that needs a concise EHR.
Adding patients is much faster and easier. I have not had any significant issues with the system.

I’m sometimes unsure of how to enter certain medication. For example, i don’t know how to Specify amounts needed for topical creams (ie one tube) so I put one unspecified
I can accurately check when a prescription was filled last and how much of that medication was sent. It makes medication reconciliation much easier

The set up process with having providers to do each step of the enrollment is a bit cumbersome.

I like that RXNT is continually upgrading and improving their software, their support is excellent and the software is easy to use
Some of the small annoyances of the software is that any notes in the system continually pop up to address during claims processing, you cannot tell what office you are in while working within the system unless you hover over a small area which just recently changed, the insurance tab is difficult to use at times when adding or removing insurances. But these are minor annoyances. Also, there is slowness in the system when moving screen to screen or saving that I would like to see reduced. The slowness has improved over the recent months but needs to be reduced further.
This is an easy-to-use, competitively-priced, billing software. I have used several billing software systems and I highly appreciate RXNT in its functionality and support services that are above their competition. I have four offices in this system and prefer it to any other software I work in.

The availability to easily review patient payment history and the reports are not set up as user friendly as other software I have used in the past. Customer service.
I have had 2 different times I have put in tickets for glitches that my RXNT representative could not figure out why they were happening and when a ticket is put in it has taken over a month or more to get them resolved, and I am not followed up with in between to let me know it is still being worked on. I have to reach out weekly to get a status.
