What do you like best about Runo Call Management CRM?
The ease of the application is very much easy and number of features are good for now a days requiremenet for every b2b clients managing, and the customer support is quite knowledgable and help us a lot while setting up the process.
What do you dislike about Runo Call Management CRM?
We have done the intergation with fresh sales to get the calling data into the CRM but it is of no use because we cannot make a task on that this is issue we found while using the runo.

Our main goal was for taking runo service is to manage the calling service through which we have used the call recoridngs to manage the clients records and updating with the followup of the clients.
