Easy to use, easy to access also very easy to move between virtual room of conference
Some time it discount by his self and some times i had to get in and out again because the conference room was not available or just sounds
Due to covid-19 we couldn't do the conference in hall but bye using run around the world it's really easy and managing and attending the conference.
The Speaker / Presenter "stage" links are secure. The speaker has to login to their own account to present. Other platforms don't require a login, they have it to where anyone with the link can present. That'd be scary!
We'd love to have booths for sponsors that they can have easy call to action buttons.
Bringing the world together in the Tiny Home industry! We've held multiple events with over 4k and almost 100 countries. We couldn't do that with an in-person event!
I like the Intro screen options. I also like the easy-to-find list of past sessions.
I would prefer the option to join without registration. Yes, they offer "Cocktail Hour" but for business, I don't want wine glasses...party look. I prefer a Business Networking Hour and photo. I am still undecided as to how many viewers are lost because they don't want to register.
It is an easy-to-use system with clear and clean video and audio.
This platform is incredible for hosting events. Super easy to use, amazing UI that looks really nice, and events are much more genuine with the cocktail features and screenshot features they've implemented. Even just the speaker layout is a huge stepup from Zoom.
Only thing that is a bit difficult is the signup process especially for new users. Since Zoom only requires a link and you're into any events, this platform requires a signup process for attendees (which is understandable so they can get more users), but does complicate the process a bit more.
Hosting speaker events and being able to share it on social media.
The event platform allows the event to be recorded for playback after it ends. The host can invite attendees in stage and increase interaction.
There is no app for this platform available on Android devices.
I'm able to attend workshops for my home based beauty business and regularly connect with like-minded entrepreneurs.
As we moved Whatagraph team to work remotely, we had to come up with new ways to keep people engaged and replace the water cooler conversations with something in the virtual world.
We are very happy we discovered 1:1 speed networking in Run The World as it helps to introduce new team members to the older ones, bring different teams together, and just have some fun.
We use different topics for each event, i.e. find 3 things you have in common; share your Whatagraph story and etc.
The video quality is great, it is super easy and fast to set up to use. Also, it is very easy to track the attendance - it is all visible in a dashboard.
I am a huge fan!
There could be more length options for the 1:1 speed-networking events; also as we are using this tool for employee engagement it would be nice to see some games (e.g. kahoots) organized in the same platform, so we would not have to use other tools for these activities.
Very easy to try out the platform for free, just test it out. I had zero problems with the platform!
We use Whatagraph for team events to address employee engagement and new joiner onboarding
The gamification aspect was an interesting feature.
too short for networking. Could have a control to suggest longer time for networking.
We could do a new version of the Reciprocity Ring exercise.
Seeing the viewers as they enter a session, the chat function
A bit more onboarding required for new users than typical Zoom
Large event management. I wasn't the event sponsor/coordinator but a speaker. As a speaker it was fairly easy to use and exciting to interact with people around the globe.
I love the technology used to match and the platform used.
There is nothing that I dislike at this point.
Building relationship through a quick meet and greet.
