Fantastic support! We used Quickbooks Online Payroll previously, and the support was horrible. It was also not user-friendly. I had to chat with support regularly.

ADP is more expensive than our previous payroll provider. It is more than twice as expensive. That said, the benefits of it far outweighed the extra cost.

ADP provides fantastic customer support, and it is super easy to use. I love having a dedicated setup team to ask all my questions, but I also found it easy to understand.

I like the website. It is very user-friendly, and I have been able to navigate quite easily. Jenevie Carreon was a pleasure to work with during our onboarding process.

I'm still new to the website, but for now, I haven't found anything yet that I dislike.

We're in the process of transitioning our 401K over to ADP. Allison Bane has been working on that with us and has been very helpful. I want to explore the Employee handbook feature to lay out all our policies.

It is very easy to use especially when handling multiple entities. You can switch from within one login and process payroll for all employees.

I wouldn't take my business elsewhere as I have always been one phone call away from any assistance I need from them and generally, they send tips and reminders and offer additional services before I even know that I could benefit from them. RUN Powered by ADP has helped streamline my business.

My business is 100% commission. Skipping a month of payroll is sometimes necessary and can be challenging to navigate.

The ease of use. Information is sorted in a manner that makes it easy to locate the processure needed at the time.

I'm not found of having to log into Run then be utilize the companies feature to go to another screen when adding a new client. This might just be an issue with the accountants account.

I love the Run and Done feature. Set and forget for employees with a salary.
