Fantastic support! We used Quickbooks Online Payroll previously, and the support was horrible. It was also not user-friendly. I had to chat with support regularly.
ADP is more expensive than our previous payroll provider. It is more than twice as expensive. That said, the benefits of it far outweighed the extra cost.
ADP provides fantastic customer support, and it is super easy to use. I love having a dedicated setup team to ask all my questions, but I also found it easy to understand.
