We like how easy things are to integrate with our current setup. There are plenty of features and we use it often.

We have yet to find anything we dislike.

Easy to use, secure, I like the design, and very flexible with endless options for DR and ransomware recovery

Probably the only thing is they are in the process of moving from the original management portal running on the on-prem device to a cloud-based management portal. Those migrations are always a pain.

The solution is easy to use, while still offering a wide variety of options

First off, it's user-friendly. You don't need a tech wizard degree to navigate it. Also, it's pretty versatile – handles backups, recovery, and even cloud stuff smoothly. Saves time too, with automation doing its thing.

One downside can be the price tag; With new product acquisitions and licensing it can get a big confusing on which features are included with your purchase.

Direct backups of all our servers and archiving them to the cloud storage.

Very easy to use. You don't need to learn more CLI. Everything is userfriendly.

Customer support is very friendly and knowledgable, ther are available 24/7 to walk you through any kind of tasks.

Very easy to Implement, upgrade, Integrate with Vcenter, AHV.

There is not much, but if had to pick one, is how RCV is based in the same Azure region as where the orignal data is present. Missing cross-region replication.

Back ups and ransomware. Peace of mind that data is being backed up in a cloud location. And data is being checked of any anomalies or changes which might be milliesious.

Rubrik has been a great solution. With other backups, we would have to constantly verify and adjust settings. Rubrik just works. We set it up and have it set to auto add VMware VMs to a general backup tier and if needed more than basic backups, we can go and change the policy assigned. Customer support is fantastic, if you ever do have any issues. They are some of the quickest to respond of any vendor I've worked with. You get to work with a knowledgeable engineer that will help solve your issue or in the case that we did run into a bug, he worked closely with the software engineers to get a fix implemented for us quickly over a holiday weekend even.

They aren't the cheapest solution, but you do get what you pay for.

Rubrik is backing up our on-prem VMware environment and replicating those backups to a DR site. We are also using it to back up our Office365 environment which includes over 100TB of SharePoint sites. The ability to backup O365 is one of the great features we use frequently.

Rubrik is a great data protection solution for medium to large enterprises. We chose and installed 2 clusters at the primary & failover datacenter a few years ago, mainly for their quick backup/restore capability, immutability, API access to Hypervisor (not SMB), forever incremental backups, instant recovery, CDP, site to site replication and ability to archive to NFS storage at no extra cost. Not only Rubrik has met our expectations in these areas but also came out with new features such as Threat hunts, anomaly detection and sensitive data detection. They continue to grow the ecosystem to better protect customer's environment. Rubrik also communicates with the customer's well for support needs and feedbacks. I recently had a call with their team about their upcoming new feature and provided feedback.

Rubrik is not cheap but not too expensive compared to other comparable solutions.

Rubrik is able to protect our data with 7-year data retention requirement via NFS archiving which our previous backup solution couldn't do. Ransomware investigation and Sensitive data detection are features we did not have but much needed to prepare against malware attacks and data exfiltration events.

There's not much not to like.

- Exchange mailboxes can´t be recovered without a 3rd party tool

We can manage thousands of backups without much effort and have really fast recovery times.

The Rubrik Security Cloud interface is very clean and intuitive to use. It is a one stop shop for all of our data protection wherever it lives - VMWare VM's, Azure VM's, SQL Databases, Oracle Databases, MS 365 (Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) to name a few.

We can assign highly configurable SLA's to our data and let Rubrik handle the rest. The platform is zero trust, so our data is always available, encrypted and immutable.

The support team are also great, and have always resolved issues in a timely manner.

Not a lot! But if I had to say something, the search within the 365 data protection area could be a little better, particularly around searching for SharePoint sites and libraries. Perhaps we could also have a few more built in and customisable reports.

Rubrik is giving us the confidence that our data is completely protected and secure. Furthermore we know we can have immediate access to the data by leveraging technologies such as instant retore.
