It is easy to use. The token has never delayed my productivity and was easy to update when I needed to.

The downside of SecurID is that the app needs to be on a smartphone and connected to the internet/cellular service, but that is common for two-factor authenticator apps. Stored accessible codes would be great.

SecurID allows me to access my software required to do my job at work. I have not had any problems with the tool. It has been helpful. I can access my company (a health organization)'s virtual squite of tools to do my job over the VPN.

Nothing much. Just instead of a software on laptop, it can enhance with some kind of physical device providing codes.

the major issue it's solving is Authentication. In an organization with help of RSA only people who are employees can access information. Others can't login.

In our company, we use RSA secure id to connect with our company's software. The best thing I liked about this software is that it generates token immediately after old token expires. It does not make delay in its operations. And also we will have sufficient time to enter the RSA token to pulse secure software.

The only thing I don't like about this software is that sometimes it will get struck and will not generate new token and hence we need to close this software and again we need to open. Expect this, it is superb in its areas.

As said earlier, we use this software to get connected with company's main website. RSA can generate infinite number of tokens at any time and is limitless. The best thing about this software is that it works even if there is no internet connection.

The confidence that it provides to both Employers and Employees by providing secured access to the data / work profiles when working remotely from the office is wonderful.

Not having the option to get a new token number without waiting for completion of 1-minute timer for the current token number.

Plus at times PIN doesn't even start with full 1 min counter. That doesn't give user much time to enter it in the system.

Sometimes there seems to be a disconnect between utilizing my RSA token with my Connections app, but I feel this may be an issue within my agency network and not the app itself.

Sometimes the time syncs on RSA servers are off.

I am using RSA tool for the last two years. I like it because it is one of the best, fastest, and very secure ways to connect with different networks that are available anywhere. once it is set up in your laptop or phone ti is very simple to use it. Just open the application, take the code, and login to any particular netwrok.

there is no dislike, but sometimes token is not working even when you enter the correct token I don't know why other than that there is no point, according to my experience
