It's incredibly powerful in setting up contracts through the DMV. The contract worksheets are very useful in assembling the loan contracts we use. Once I learned how to navigate the workspace.

The user interface is a little tricky to navigate, but that is due to the wealth of access we could possibly need. Despite the intimidating workspace, it is only a learning curve.

RouteOne allows us to create DMV documents electronically during sales: License Plates, 262s and 51s. We wish we could use this for acquisitions (buying) vehicles as well.

We are currently using PBS for our dealership management software. RouteOne is fully integrated with PBS. Once the numbers have been finalized in PBS, with just a couple clicks of the mouse, we can send all of the data over to RouteOne for the official credit application submission. The process is very neat and efficient.

Nothing. There used to be certain lenders that were not on the RouteOne platform, but that has changed during the pandemic. It is very reliable software.

The only thing that sometimes is slightly difficult is that you have to use tokens frequently, it should be a little easier

It is easier to E-Contract on Route One than it is in Dealertrack.

One must enter a VIN in order to submit a credit application. Also, it needs to be easier to edit the parameters of the structure of a deal submitted....

This and Dealertrack are pretty much where it is at...

It isn't as easy to edit facts in figures in deals that have already been called in as it is in Dealertrack.

I like how aesthetically pleasing this program is. It has the potential to look crowded with info and options but it feels simple

Premium product need to be priced a little better and there need to be more of them to choice from.

What is great about it is that everything you need is in one place. Everything from forms for your lenders to up to date guidelines and rate sheets. You can submit applications, get approvals and payoffs, econtract, and check funding all in one place.

Sometimes it is hard to get a timely answer when there is a problem. The help desk can be hard to get info from. The good news is that there are usually not many problems.

I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to make there lives easier. It will speed up approvals and the finance process.

We are solving the problem of a quick and complete process from start to finish. Having everything in one place is very handy. The features of deal refresh lets us adjust approvals without having to pick up the phone to the lender.
