The amount of locations you can ask this app to optimize is AMAZING!!! Also, how many different way you can tweak your routes to make the most sense to you... just fantastic! The customer service team is available 24/7- absolutely incredible.

While previously using this app, the mapping was incorrect, but I think most design flaws have since been fixed!

Oh Boy! I have been able to cut our distribution time in half, with half the amount of cars out on the roads. We have a short window to get our literature out into the readers' hands, and Route4Me allows me to do this in record time, month after month. We are much more fuel-efficient, and no longer have to drive at the most hazardous parts of the day! The staff here are always willing to help with any problems I run in to so really they deserve the credit for solving the problems!!

Every day I'm scheduling Clinician's route in route4me. It is very user-friendly and I never faced any issues while using it.

Customer service is very responsive and attentive. Splitting customers from one route to a new one is a fantastic feature.

Occasionally routes to incorrect address

It takes many customers and puts them into a logical route, and the ability to see all customers at a glance is great. It saves time when scheduling because I can also see where the technicians are at a glance. It is helpful to see where everyone is at any given time.

My customer representative is highly oriented about the ins and outs of the platform and is always available to answer any questions or concerns regarding the product. We appreciate when the company cares and is interested in learning more from its clients.

It would be highly beneficial to facilitate a double route location on both sides of the street, as the system sometimes gets confused when the routes are planned on both sides of a street.
