Totally invaluable in communicating availability and changes to circumstances, don't know how I ever managed before Rotageek

An absolute must for any company I would have thought

Sometimes have to log out and back in before changes take effect. Not sure if this is my browser or Rotageek itself.Other than that everything is there.... Ease of use, clarity and effectiveness

Spend as much time as you can spare getting to know the functionality of th appliance, this will ensure you are fully offay with all its attributes.

It totally allows you to have full control of all divisions, departments and levels of your business, giving a comprehensive coverage for all.

Data reconciliation is easy and trouble free, reports are easily accessed.

Particularly love the fact you can access an archive of time lines when shifts were posted, requested and filled, takes away any ambiguity around people claiming they don't know or weren't aware etc.there I absolutely no doubt as to who is meant to be where and for how long... Fantastic.

The gap notification is great, easy to see where potential hotpots are. Highlights total hour used and easy to bounce between locations

It’s great having our rota and timesheets system wrapped in one. Saves so much time.

I would love the option for more store to store customisation (break lengths for example)

Boosting productivity by reducing time spent on rotas and timesheets has been the main benefit. The ability to copy a rota that works to another week is invaluable too. Time is money in the store so it’s great to save as much as possible

It’s been really easy to learn Rota Geek as it’s intuitive and user friendly

Nothing at the moment, occasionally I find it lags causing me to need to refresh the page but this is infrequent

Don’t be put off when you first try it- thought it would be difficult but it’s really simple

Quicker rota creation and the staff are finding the app easy to use

The app is an easy way to view shifts for all staff, beneficial for part timers

The templates for shift patterns makes life so much easier instead of having to input each day every week.

If you don’t click approve to a schedule change, it won’t show up on the app which is not ideal for people who only use the app.

There’s no need to look elsewhere! Genuinely the most helpful rota software I’ve ever used.

Rotageek is helping us have more time to do the important things at work as it has freed up quite a lot of time that used to be spend doing rotas.

The positives of Rotageek for me is that I can calculate how many hours my team members are contracted to then I can schedule on the app seamlessly. Taking in to account breaks etc which works it out automatically

Nothing, brilliant website which makes my life a lot easier as a manager

The problems I am solving is that it shows me historic FF and tells me how many advisors I need in everyday. And what days I need a lot more advisors

The chat support is awesome, and the easy way to move things about is so simple and efficient

It freezes quite a bit, which can be annoying when on a roll

It’s so easy to work with a set amount of hours with a team of people.

Moreover simple colour guides. Make it super easy to work with a set matrix.

Creating shifts and labelling them. But also allowing your team to mix with other teams in different locations if need be is really something.

For me though without doubt its the ban to the chat team deliver which is the thing that i find amazing they are always there within seconds to help and assist and more often than not up for some light hearted humour... which always makes my day and makes me value Rotageek as a friend not just a programme.

I would highly recommend the programme for anyone who is stressing or struggling with a universal approach to rota’s

It’s fun and easy to use even for the most not techie people.

Ive been using it for 5 years and I wouldn’t use anything other than Rotageek in the future.

The Future of rotas put away your spreadsheets and start living

It’s easy to use and navigate and all the staff find it simple to use; a straight forward service

There is nothing I dislike about it at all. Even the customer service is fantastic and fast at replying

It makes my life easy as a manager to organise for my team.

It is a great way to schedule your team and I love the gap shift function which allows you to communicate spare shifts easily and fairly.

It is largely based on a system of hierarchy which can make it a challenge to when you usually approve your own holiday

I was sceptical when I first heard of it but honestly it’s wonderful

Not having to submit an additional payroll submission as we did before. Especially as our old system was rubbish.

I love the fact that I can isolate my rota from my teams rota. I love that the app notifies me if me rota changes and let’s me know when holiday is approved.

For the first time in forever I have nothing to complain about.
