PROS: Coming from a business standpoint, this tool really pulls the weight. It has been able to assist me in reservations, managing my stocks, and even pushing my promotions. I have also been able to build better working relationships with my vendors, thanks to Rosy.
CONS: I do appreciate that Rosy has a reporting feature. However, I feel like this can still be improved. For starters, they might want to develop a system wherein clients don’t have to download a large amount of data just to view the reports.
PROS: The tool’s major functions are color-coded. You can just imagine how easy this is to work with. I don’t have to spend so much time figuring out the different categories.
CONS: Reserving appointments for people can be pretty tricky, especially if they want to book multiple services.
PROS: Rosy offers convenience at a pretty reasonable price point. With it, schedules and other information are just within reach for as long as our staff has a net connection.
CONS: We don’t always get prompted that there is an upcoming booking.
We liked that it was cloud based so that staff can view wherever they are, great support staff who helped immensely when we switched from mind/body to Rosy. Liked the pricing.
Sometimes client appointment reminders don't happen.
You will need someone with tech skills to properly implement this system so that you can fully take advantage of CRM, and social media channel integration. The support staff at Rosy is stellar though, and this software grows with you i.e. as you add more staff and clients.
The software grows with us as we add more stylists- and the pricing stays reasonable. It also allows us to keep info about clients and then easily access it to help with marketing.
I like that there are different colors for categories. Confirmed, Left Message, etc It is easy to see at glance of what is going on during the day.
I dislike that when you add a wait list, you can only add one service at a time. It would be better if you could add color plus a cut, to one wait list to see if the clients services can actually be accommodated at that particular time.
Rosy Salon Software is helpful in keeping staff organized. I think it is very user friendly and the customer service is always excellent!

What do you like best?
I can do everything from client scheduling, point-of-sale, inventory management, reporting and marketing within a suite. The product also helps salon owners partner with product manufacturers and distributors.
What do you dislike?
My only complaint would be that the reporting is somewhat lacking. I wish there were more ways to view the data online, rather than having to export large data sets just to get at what I want.

I am able to check my schedule on my phone now and clients are able to book online not have to call in or message me.
