It’s a very intuitive platform at an affordable price. The setup is easy and has great support. It provides the ability to slice and dice the data and compare different attribution views at a granular level.
It's great for the web but it doesn't integrate with an mmp yet. Eagerly waiting for app integration.
It gave us the confidence to push channels that otherwise were deemed low-performing according to the Google Analytics default attribution. With great results!
Easy evaluation of campaigns, clear Attribution, an immediate overview of performance. For me as a manager who is responsible for the company´s digital business RoiVenue is an essential tool that I´m using on a daily basis. The big advantage is that with RoiVenue is almost impossible to burn money on a bad campaign because the bad campaigns are evaluated quickly, just on time, so we can effectively optimize or stop them.
Currently, I´m missing the YoY and MoM evaluation, but I hope all my wishes will be implemented soon, and later I will be even more In love with RoiVenue.
Especially the contributions to overall performance by specifics campaigns.
+ The platform itself is quite good, once everything is implemented it is easy and intuitive to use
+ Regarding the predefined use-cases inside the platform, they accurately showcase the data needed.
+ The export-feature is amazing, no need for an ETL-service, nor a Data Warehouse.
+ Some people might say that the predefined graphs/charts in the platform might be limiting, however, with minimal skill needed you'll be able to export all the data you might want to explore into whichever system you use. It is really super-simple.
+ Top-notch customer service!
- I quite honestly can't think of any major drawbacks, if I had to say one (and it would really be nitpicking, I would say that the UI in the platform can be a bit slugghish at times. However, a quick refresh of the website and it usually works just fine again.
Start with a basic control/scheme over your UTM-parameters in each channel - we had allready done a complete revamp of ours, and the implementation was done within a couple of days.
Try to utilize the export feature, even if you're not a data-wizard. I had no experience what so ever before I started with Roivenue, but due to the ease of exporting, I had a complete Marketing Report done within a week using Data Studio.
Before using Roivenue, we had a hard time to fully analyze, and comprehend all the minute details in each market, and how they affected us as a whole unit. However, after implementing Roi, our marketing-department have completely transformed into the data-driven unit I wanted.
We are now proactively optimizing our performance marketing, rather than reacting after the fact.
We have never used before any software combining order management system and web data analysis. We conducted a research and got very positive feedback to Roivenue. Limited data range, missing tables with values, customer story could be improved.
The most powerful is Roivenue when you can use its data-attribution modelling. So If it your primary purpose for using it make sure you have enough conversions per channel (it is approx. 30 conversion per channel) before you begin using it. However using Roivenue is eye-opening experience even without data attribution thanks to other smart tools. If you decide to try Roivenue be prepare for longer implementation period.
Basically every problem we are facing regarding our online store. We replaced Google Analytics.

We can evaluate every test in marketing (marketing spend increase, freeshipping, improved product page, different pricing,..) and learn from in. It is very easy to evaluate tens of ecommerce sites within literally few minutes.
Setting up traffic channels would be better if sitespeed is faster.
Roivenue is superb for all ecommerce sites that are spending decent amout of money on different marketing platforms. Also for everybody that manages more than one ecommerce site.

There is not much to dislike, but it would be great to have the option to filter the data not just by weeks, but also by days.

Considering the high market volatility caused by COVID, it is not easy to report the added value of this tool comparing annual on monthly results.
Dividing marketing budgets
The most useful feature for our company was integration data from all marketing platforms. Roivenue is the right tool for this purpose, wide scale of connectors with many export options is exactly what we need. The second most important thing is well-designed attribution modeling including custom models. After upgrade to Roivenue2 there is also very comfortable work on frontend.
Considering we are not standard ecommerce sales, there are some limitations in using few features, because of problematic data integration. UI bugs may be a little disturbing but this should be a temporary issue as Roivenue2 is a relatively new environment.
I highly recommend Roivenue as a data-driven marketing tool for ecommerce businesses, for its perfect data integration, marketing analysis and atrribution modeling.
