Easy to use for designers and also clients when they want to content manage themselves. Inbuilt seo tool which works. Great supportive customer service with real people and informative help guides. New features released regularly to keep up with latest trends without you having to know everything yourself.

Some restrictions with functionality but the customer support team is good at suggesting work arounds with complimentary software like Elfsight.

User friendly content management system for clients to use. Easily updateable without any code. Templated system that can get clients up and running relatively quickly and painlessly.

The website builder is so easy to use; there is a huge number of videos and articles to help explain how to do things and the team is always super quick to respond and help. Anyone who has used a computer could log in and update a RocketSpark website - its intuitive and easy to use.

While there is a number of templates for their website stacks, a few more would help inspire creativity for individuals creating a website (without using a paid designer).

Our website was very out of date, it was not serving us as a marketing tool and, the information was hard to understand, we needed to be able to edit and update our website without going into the coding. Rocketspark has allowed all of our office staff the ability to log in and update things like work we have completed, updated photos, when we shut down for Christmas etc, it will be easy to update this without going back to a website supplier to do this.

Using Rocketspark is simple to use even with limited web building experience. Responsive and helpful NZ based support team. Love the inbuilt SEO tool - Flint.

Overall an awesome product which I use exclusively to design and build sites now - there might be a few missing design features but the development team are releasing new features (based on request popularity) all the time which is great! They are very open about their development roadmap and as a user you really feel a part of the journey as the platform increases in functionality and awesomeness!

Thanks to Rocketspark and the ease of using their platform I have been able to add 'website design' to my list of design services where before I had predominantly operated in the branding/print space.

Rocketspark is super simple to use with WYSIWYG editor but with such powerful design and functionality that the end results don't look like they have been made by a WYSIWYG.

The customer support is also great so if you need help, someone is there to help. They also have an amazing network of graphic designers who can do the heavy lifting of design if you would rather but then gives you the ability to edit easily ongoing.

There isn't really anything I dislike. There is always a long list of little functionality that systems like this could have but the beauty of these types of systems is they can't do every little thing as that keeps them simple.

Rocketspark means that our website can also be accurate and be up dated in an instant. No waiting for someone outside of the organisation.
