The interface can be a bit slow sometimes - minor quibble.

Control of the email signatures centrally ensuring everybody is consistent and on-brand. Removing the annoying red X and Blue ? Outlook users get when a signature is a hyperlink. Ensuring the signature is formatted and displays properly on all platforms.
