You don't always get their personal mobile phone

RocketReach is a very powerful tool to get in contact with decision-makers around the globe

You need personal contact to sell something to someone. Generation Z thinks they can manage everything with sending aroud e-mails and whatsapp messages ... No, commercial deals are made upon personal contact. If we can't our job, they will have no job in future to fulfill.

Ease of use, amount of information, finding hidden contact info, able to build lists for later use

The price is a little excessive, compared to when I first started using it a decade ago and it is not 100% accurate due to people changing jobs - but it is a good start

I think it's ease of use and amount of content is very beneficial

Finding people's number/email that I am not connected to on Linked In and also Finding people from Companies that I am following and finding people with Titles

Their database is the most completed compared with the competition

I would like the option to pay as I go, as I don't use it everyday, but when needed it's indispensable

I don't really need to convert a lead, once I enter my contact, it's a lead. Otherwise there isn't anything I don't love about RR.

RR is fast and most of the time very reliable. It's worth the $$ in my opinion. The amount of return I will see from the contact information I get from RR is why I subscribe and will always subscribe. Great and user friendly platform.

I am working as an export sales, data is very important thing for my job, I tried a lot of other sites and services to get data, but never had any website or service like Rocketreach, honestly I got a lot of benefit from this website, I am using it everyday to either to find new data or to assure the data that I own, it has a lot of features and you can get emails and phone numbers which was vry helpful for me, also its integration with linkedin is awesome, final thing to talk about is customer service which is very quick to respond, polite, and helpful, my rate is 10/10 and I thing I will still use it for long time

actually nothing could be hated, but if we consider the price it might be better if they lower the price a little bit

I have not found any insufficiencies. Cost is always a concern but RocketReach has reduced my overall expense.

All aspects including it's brilliant and super-proactive customer-support team. The manner in which they support all kinds of queries will be a lesson for all customer-support teams of all organizations around the world!

Nothing at all ..but probably there could be more choice of plans. For instance, currently there is a plan whereby I get access to 50 emails/ month ..and there's directly a plan that offers 125/month ... there's nothing in between whereas I actually need a plan that gives me 75/month ..

So, just this one aspect ..but just to reiterate , otherwise, this platform is wonderful!

Business outreach is far better thanks to RR.
