What do you like best about Robylon AI?

The end to end process from initial demo, a quick pilot and the final integration is fast and customized. I just shared a few documents and APIs to the Robylon team and it was good to go in a matter of couple of weeks!

What do you dislike about Robylon AI?

Also, most importantly for me, their chatbot really understands the US consumers and businesses, their likes and dislikes.

Recommendations to others considering Robylon AI?

Nothing, everything is all good.

What problems is Robylon AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

There can be more features around analytics and tracking though.

What do you like best about Robylon AI?

I am extremely satisfied with Robylon. My team and I experienced a notable reduction in overall handling time of customer queries.

What do you dislike about Robylon AI?

Ticket loading time is higher than it should be

What problems is Robylon AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really made support much easier for me. Earlier, a lot of my bandwidth was consumed in answering simple support queries. But now the simple queries are handled by Robylon itself. And only the critical product queries are escalated to me.

Best platform for instant query resolution!!

What do you like best about Robylon AI?

As a product person myself, I love the wide variety of features they have added. The use cases are very well thought of (like connected workflows, ability to activate/ deactivate automations, etc.)

What do you dislike about Robylon AI?

A dashboard where I can see all the automations and what all variables, functions, API calls, triggers are being used would be good to have.

What problems is Robylon AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The bot’s 24*7 ability is helping me solve the client’s issues even late at night/ early mornings. Earlier the issues were getting resolved only during office hours but now Robylon’s AI agent is able to handle queries instantly.

Usually customers are concerned about the support they will get once the sales has happened. With Robylon I am able to confidently convince the clients.

What do you like best about Robylon AI?

While at Doubtnut, we help students with academic doubts, Ronbylon is helping students with non-academic issues like how to reset password, how to ask a question etc.

What do you dislike about Robylon AI?

Dashboards and reports need to be more intuitive

Most of our students are from Tier 2/3/4 cities and villages. They are more comfortable in vernacular languages. So we needed mutual lingual support. Robylon is a good fit for us as it supports multiple languages.

The integration and set up process was very efficient and quick too.

High reliability tool for AI-powered customer support

What do you like best about Robylon AI?

The ability to take actions like canceling a call and requesting refunds, processing pending payments, checking coupon validity, communicating schedule of the mentors, etc.

What do you dislike about Robylon AI?

Would be good if they could provide insights on how to improve agent performance - like personalized training suggestions for each agent.

What problems is Robylon AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We receive 1000-1200 queries daily which is difficult to resolve in a day. So our backlog was a bit high (2.5k-3k). Now, Robylon is handling 65-70% queries on its own so our backlog has decreased to 250-300. We have also seen improvement in our customer satisfaction scores too.

What do you like best about Robylon AI?

Robylon has taken 50% workload off my support team. I like how half the queries are not resolved by Robylon's AI agent itself.

On top of that, we are using it as a standalone software without any other customer support mgmt software. So, we are saving significantly on costs too.

The AI agent hallucination is a persistent issue in 5-10% cases. But the accuracy has improved a lot in last 2 months.
