Finally, a project management tool that actually gets what it means to be a marketer.

Right from the start, RoboHead impressed me with its:

- Intuitive interface: It's so easy to use, our team was up and running in no time. No need for lengthy training sessions or deciphering complex menus.

- Flexibility: I love that I can choose how I view my work. List, calendar, kanban board - I can pick the format that works best for my current task.

- Teamwork made easy: Collaboration with my team and even outside vendors is seamless. I can track progress, share updates, and keep everyone on the same page with ease.

- Onboarding like a champ: RoboHead makes getting started a breeze. Their comprehensive onboarding materials and helpful customer support team ensure you're never left in the dark.

RoboHead gives me the tools I need to stay organized, focused, and productive. I can finally breathe easy knowing my projects are under control.

The chat feature, while useful, could be a bit more streamlined. But honestly, that's a minor quibble compared to all the amazing things RoboHead does.

RoboHead replaces project management systems that seem to be made for engineers, numerous spreadsheets, and a standalone proofing tool.

I enjoy how customizable the platform is for each of our team members. They also have great resources and training opportunities so we are always learning and improving our project management and systems.

Anything that we feel something could be improved, we can submit an improvement submission, and they are always open to improving the platform.

They recently added a 'in progress' overview in the projects tab that allows you to see exactly where the project is at and who's completing that task. It allows me to quicky look at all our projects and see where they are at without clicking into a million projects.

Our company has been using Robohead for five years. This is an excellent project management solution that helps automate creative project workflows and realize efficiencies in project management. The platform facilitates collaboration between users throughout the company seamlessly. Other important features include the collaborative creative review tool and managing employee workload.

RoboHead is a very robust platform and such, to get the most out of it, there is a significant amount of template and form setup. With that said, RoboHead provides a wealth of documentation and videos for setup and the team is available and helpful not only to get up and running, but also ongoing support to ensure success.

Before using RoboHead, our company used an antiquated project management solution. After implementing RoboHead, project management has been streamlined and our project turnaround time has been significantly reduced. Creative reviews are centralized in one location with collaboration features reducing the amount of reviews needed.

I appreciate the adaptablity of RoboHead's system. I like the company's attentive approach to client needs and concerns through customer service, and their continual commitment to improvement and enhancing functionality. It is easy to use and navigate.

I don't have any dislikes. RoboHead meets my needs and expectations.

Robohead is a great tool to keep track of our projects for two different work flows. It is easily customizable which allows us to use the system for two departments. Our feedback or suggestions are taken seriously and often implemented in the system.

One thing I dislike is that you cannot copy and paste users @'s. Instead you have to manually @ the people if you are copying notes.

Time management, time sheets

The system's flexibility is something I enjoy about Robohead. Since it can be customized, the system works seamlessly for both sides and can be used for two departments. The company's ability to truly listen to clients' wants and concerns is also something I appreciate. Their constant pursuit of enhancements enables them to enhance the system with each upgrade.

My only dislike is that we cannot customise reviews. This is something very minor that we do not like.

Robohead can be utilized across the company for multiple purposes. The goal is to keep a single project management system so that everyone who uses it can truly master it. Rather than training everyone in multiple systems, they can use one.

This keeps our team projects and reviews organized and on schedule. The reviews are a breeze to use!
