Very intuitive to use, that allows for simple and painless reserving of office space. Our firm recently moved to a "hoteling" office space that has limited offices and meeting rooms. The Robin platform was integrated to prevent duplicate reservations and to track the office traffic. The email alerts to check in and confirmation are great as well.
The booking of an office for multiple days is slightly cumbersome, and the "check-in" component also is slightly cumbersome, but certainly not a deterent to use the platform.

The floor plan is super intuitive and the favorite desk is always suggested first when available - saves so much time. Also helpful is the very reliable SSO integration.
The permission model could be more granular. At present we have like 100 admins and everyone else is not - simply to have two levels of booking in advance - restricted to two weeks or whenever. This restriction should be role based.

Robin has made hot desking so easy. It's also made booking meeting rooms and parking spaces nice and simple. It ties in with my google calendar so it intergrates seemlessly into my working day. This has now become a product that I use daily
