There are no aspects of RMail that I dislike.

Absulute certainty that imporant emails are received and maintain confidentiality. Also like the return receipt capability.

I like how the service has one download which includes email tracking, email encryption, document signatures and file sharing for large files all from one applcation. I use their Outlook app.

I would like to have an app for my mobile phone that does all of this too but it isn't too big a deal since I don't use my mobile email client for business emails.

It solves basic features that really should be included on all email programs like email tracking and encryption mainly. Also, I do like to send large photos that normal email can't send.

Que se integra facilmente a cualquier plataforma de correo, en mi caso lo utilizo con Gmail. Con Rmail, certifico la comunicación y puedo además cifrar los mensajes, brindandome una comunicación confiable y segura, con certeza legal y técnica.

Todo me gusta, considero que es una excelente herramienta.

Where do I start! It has all the functionality I need: track and prove message and content delivery, encrypt messages, send large files up to 1gb, e-signature capabilities, anti-whaling tools, AI tool that recommends functionalities in the moment of sending to ensure my messages are always sent with the right level of protection. I can even redact text after send and redact addresses in cc/bcc to prevent my emails from being forwarded. I love the Disappearing Ink functionality that places sensitive content within a URL, and also allows my company to track if that particular part of the message was read. I can use all of these in court!!!

RMail really has everything my company needs, and their staff is amazing. I have been using the service for 2 years now and I absolutely love it.

Es muy sencillo de usar en Outlook, y tiene todas las funcionalidades que mi empresa necesita. Particularmente me gusta la sencillez con la que puedo enviar correos encriptados, y lo sencillo que es para el recipiente leer la informacion.

Por el momento no encuentor nada que no me guste.

I don't dislike anything, I have been using the service for over 10 years and I use it daily. I just love it

I use it mainly to send sensitive emails about my patients, but I am also using other features like registered email to track and prove message, content and attachments delivery and open.

The feature I use the most is Track and Prove, because in my industry, we are required to prove that we actually sent the message and its content in case someone challenges that in court. With RMail we are protected.

Also, I often send sensitive information that we are required by law to send encrypted. With RMail it is super simple to send encrypted, but also to receive encrypted, and I can be sure that the information will not be forwarded or shared with unwanted recipients.

I just love everything about it, and the staff is so nice and friendly!

Registered Email + Encryption for compliance

It has so many features! we replaced 4 different services with RMail. We are over 400 people in my sector, so we are saving a lot of money. With RMail we can do registered email, email encryption, large file share.

Nothing that I dislike, it seamlessly integrates onto Office, it is super easy to use, and it even recommends features at the moment of sending, for example if I forget to send encrypted. The right recipient functionality even checks that you are sending information to the right person.
